The folks at WB were on top of my order from start to finish. When I ordered the incorrect size they were very gracious about the returns and sent my new straps out even faster. Being that I am located in the USA and the products were being shipped from Berlin their customer service allowed me to feel confident in the process.
The bands I ordered are terrific and in the few weeks that I've been wearing them I've been extremely satisfied. Nice colors, nice quality (strap & buckle) and comfortable!

Product looks good but quality can be better. Strap is very thin and the hook to keep the strap in place when wearing the watch slides down often and it’s annoying to be putting back in place constantly.

Hello,
Your order has been shipped on the 20th of January and given by Post to the international logistics centre on 24nd of January.
To Australia it usually takes between 10 and 20 business days to arrive, depending on how fast the post works. It can take a bit longer die to the shipping not only via air but also ocean freight... right now it's 25th business day and your order is delayed, we are very sorry about that.
