Ordered Formex Essence 39. It wasn't mentioned it was out of stock so I was waiting for it a week, but Watchbandit offered me a gift because of this misunderstanding, which was very nice of them. Then it appeared the watch has QC issues but I have no problems returning it. Watchbandit's CS was perfect.
Would recomend them anytime. They are 4 stars only because I've returned the watch at the end.

Prices on the website include 19% VAT, which should not be charged to buyers outside the EU. When ordering from another region (Canada in my case), VAT should be removed from the price at checkout but this doesn’t happen. I contacted customer service and they told me they would have their IT team look into correcting this. They also gave me a discount coupon so I could complete my order in the meantime. That was all great, but I got prompted to complete this review a month later and see they are still collecting VAT from non-EU buyers (which means you’re being overcharged by 19%)

The delivery arrived within the communicated time frame and every item was packed alright. Colours and look matched the the pictures on the website. I have some concerns about the longevity of the nato strap, but so far I'm very happy with all the ordered products.

Most robust and high quality nato straps I’ve ever purchased. I tried a few from others such as Crown & Buckle but these just felt more superior in ever way from fit and finish to feel on the wrist and ease of use mounting and swapping.

I loved the hardware and the material but the leather is a little mis aligned and i would have prefered to have quick spring bars on the 2 piece strap. Except this 2 details i loved the straps!

The fit, finish, and materials are all impressive so far. The sailcloth material seems robust and has a nice finish. The leather trim is also very nice and seems to hold up well to water.
