Ordered Formex Essence 39. It wasn't mentioned it was out of stock so I was waiting for it a week, but Watchbandit offered me a gift because of this misunderstanding, which was very nice of them. Then it appeared the watch has QC issues but I have no problems returning it. Watchbandit's CS was perfect.
Would recomend them anytime. They are 4 stars only because I've returned the watch at the end.

Prices on the website include 19% VAT, which should not be charged to buyers outside the EU. When ordering from another region (Canada in my case), VAT should be removed from the price at checkout but this doesn’t happen. I contacted customer service and they told me they would have their IT team look into correcting this. They also gave me a discount coupon so I could complete my order in the meantime. That was all great, but I got prompted to complete this review a month later and see they are still collecting VAT from non-EU buyers (which means you’re being overcharged by 19%)

Overpriced, poor quality
Overpriced, slow, really poor quality, i can't use the bracelet as the stiching scratches the skin.
