U heeft bij ons een product aangeschaft waarbij blijkbaar iets niet naar wens functioneert. In zo'n situatie adviseren wij altijd om eerst contact met ons op te nemen. Zo kunnen wij de situatie beoordelen en u de hulp bieden die u van ons mag verwachten.
Wij staan altijd klaar om samen naar een passende oplossing te zoeken en hadden u graag de kans gegeven om dit probleem voor u op te lossen.
Nadat we contact hebben opgenomen met de klant, bleek dat zij het product foutief in elkaar had gezet. Hierdoor ontstond het probleem. We hebben gevraagd een update te geven nadat het product opnieuw in elkaar was gezet.
