If you are still thinking this over, do not! I had issues loosing weight as I am quite obese, plus I have other health problems (not going into too much details). I have purchased combo test - hair and blood. The process was quick and smooth. I found out that I suffer from some allergies and have fair few sensitivities. I contacted their customer service, which was really helpful and explained me a bit more about my results. With help of my personal dietician I am on diet according these tests. And thank god my issues are on ease and weight is finally going down. Once again thank you Allergy Test and bless your wonderful team. Yours Rebecca xx

I really needed this for my dog I was recommended by a lady that sells on ESTY it came back pretty quick quicker than I thought about a week after I mailed them and talk to them on chat came back the very same day. I don’t think it helped unfortunately because I have suffered to keep him off some of the dog food made him food for humans. Some of his favorite snacks which Was a little expensive had cranberries in it so I couldn’t even give them those but he still is itching. And it is going on five weeks. Being a senior citizen it was even difficult to spend the $38 especially it’s not working. If it worked I’d be happy as a camper I don’t have to watch my poor little 8 pound rescue scratch and itch constantly. I know this works for a lot of people but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. If you could refund my money that would be great thank you so much Lillian Starks

I ordered 2 tests. One a hair sample to be sent in. Which was fine. The other a menopause test which they state was sent out and delivered. But I never received the product. It may have been an mis delivery by the postal, but that is unknown. Either way I did not get my test. And they refuse to help in any way but we will look into it. All I asked for was either a replacement or refund. I hit neither. They didn’t even put in claim for the post office for loss of product. It was only 19.99 my cost. If this was a good company they would have helped me. I know most of my neighbors pretty well, so if someone did get my package I would have gotten it back.

Accuracy of the sensitivity tests are questionable!

#1. Results are sent via email, so there's no wasting paper to display all the items the tests check for...List from most to least reactive. But it's kind of stupid that a reactor that's 85% is worth noting/listing but if it's 84% there's no concern. List it all! #2. Items that have been listed and consistent on previous sensitivity tests did not show up on my most recent purchase but are definitely still reactors. Does not reassure me in the accuracy of these tests.

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your test results. Our test reports report back all items over 85% - however, most people would not expect to see symptoms from an item reacting under 90%. However, we include results from 85% to allow the customer to view food and environmental items that may become reactive if consumption continues. We do recommend re-testing after 6-12 months as these sensitivities can change significantly in this time. I can see your last test was completed in 2020 and therefore the sensitivities will have changed significantly in this time. Not Happy

Very unsatisfied with the process. I mailed my test in, I have been reaching out, chatting live with agents to check on my results. One agent said 7-10 business days and another said 21 business days for results. I don’t even know if the lab has received my sample yet. No one has reached out to me about nothing and these test aren’t cheap and I need to know if I’m eating the wrong foods STAT. Never again.

Hi Natalia, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you are not pleased with the service. Testing takes no longer than 7 business days from the date we receive the sample at our UK lab. However, samples can take up to 21 days to arrive with us during times of extreme delays. You will receive an email when the sample arrives with our lab and testing has begun. Please do reach our to our team at info@allergytest.co if you sent your sample more than 21 days ago and they will be more than happy to assist.

Item posted recorded delivery. Shows received. Still not had any contact. Spoke to live chat who advised that despite having signature it does not mean they have received?? Spoke to Royal Mail who said they have! I felt the live chat agent could not be bothered to Chat to me and was very negative. They have said to wait longer. Very disappointed with the service so far and would not recommend sadly.

Did not receive enough lancets to draw blood out of my hands despite having followed all their instructions. I had to contact their support line where the agent Alex kindly assisted with arranging a whole new kit. Thanks Alex for your help. In the future, it would be greatly appreciated if they provide more lancets… especially seeing that I paid $230 for the test!

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the standard number of lancets received and had difficulty taking enough blood for your 6-spot blood card. The number of lancets received in the test kit as standard is two and is enough for over 98% of our customers, with most customers taking their sample with just one lancet. However, we understand a small number of customers may struggle to get enough blood, so our team are always happy to provide additional lancets where required. We are very happy to hear Alex could arrange this for you.

The entire process has been very unhelpful and unfriendly. I have never been able to download the form to complete or understand how the process works. The live chat is not helpful and there is no one with whom to communicate. You have my money and I have nothing.

Allergy test results inconsistent

Allergy test results seemed very inconsistent and did not confirm prior knowledge on my own allergies. Instead it stated I had high reactions to food I have actually no problems with. Would not recommend this test, waste of money.
