If you are still thinking this over, do not! I had issues loosing weight as I am quite obese, plus I have other health problems (not going into too much details). I have purchased combo test - hair and blood. The process was quick and smooth. I found out that I suffer from some allergies and have fair few sensitivities. I contacted their customer service, which was really helpful and explained me a bit more about my results. With help of my personal dietician I am on diet according these tests. And thank god my issues are on ease and weight is finally going down.

I really needed this for my dog I was recommended by a lady that sells on ESTY it came back pretty quick quicker than I thought about a week after I mailed them and talk to them on chat came back the very same day. I don’t think it helped unfortunately because I have suffered to keep him off some of the dog food made him food for humans. Some of his favorite snacks which Was a little expensive had cranberries in it so I couldn’t even give them those but he still is itching. And it is going on five weeks. Being a senior citizen it was even difficult to spend the $38 especially it’s not working. If it worked I’d be happy as a camper I don’t have to watch my poor little 8 pound rescue scratch and itch constantly. I know this works for a lot of people but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. Great staff and company
I purchased the family hair testing, I hadn't noticed my confirmation email as it went to the junk folder. I emailed Allergy Test who resent my confirmation. The confirmation had all instructions on how to send my family sample. We sent it back and within just over a week we had the results. The results were in-depth. I emailed the team back to ask for more advice on my children's results as I wanted to help them the best I could. They provided more than enough information. Great staff and company. Can't wait for my retest.

Saved my digestive
I’ve always been a sensitive/intolerant/prone to allergies kid growing up but wow it got worse as I got older in the worst ways.
I picked up their intolerance test (hair sample one) and found out I wasn’t producing enough of a probiotic.
I decided to try the supplement version of that probiotic and after about a month my digestive is finally feeling better and I’m getting normal bowel movements (something my past and very expensive gastrointestinal dr couldn’t figure out!).
When in doubt, test your intolerance folks!

Absolutely life changing
I had problems with my bowel for over 18 months including having two colonoscopies. I saw an advert for the sensitivity test and though why not so I order the test then sent off my samples and received my results a few weeks later. I found out I was 100% sensitive to dairy and egg. Once I cut them out of my diet along with a few other things i no longer have issues.
I would recommend this to anyone as the cost is so minimal compared to the benefits

Excellent test, very comprehensive! Highly recommended.
I liked the fact there were so many items tested. This was a very thorough list of potential allergens. The results were easy to understand with a range of one (low) through six (high), so you knew exactly how allergic you are to an item. Also liked that the list was separated between being allergic to an item, or being possibly intolerant. The distinction between the two is helpful.

Very interesting test results, but highly recommend going digital on the data entry. I filled out the submission form by hand and there may have been a typo causing my test results to be sent to the incorrect email address. Had to work out the issue with customer service, which was great. Switching to an online entry form would like make this easier on everyone involved. Thank you.

Customer service is amazing! Thankful for their help locating the submission forms that were lost in my email. I highly recommend these company. We have done several tests and it has helped our quality of life. I only wish the submission forms were easier to find if lost, but thankfully it was a quick find with the help of Alex!

Lost sample. But good help
Unfortunately my sample had gotten lost in the mail which is not test my pets fault however I would've like them to notify me after the 30 days that the sample hadn't arrived. However after speaking with the direct chat they were able to help and hopefully I'll receive my results soon

24/7 customer service doesn't get any better than that! I ordered the couples test and it only asked me for the information for one person. I went on the live chat and within 2 minutes I had the link to fill out the information for the second test.

Timely but Questionable Results
My results were received in expected time frame. Results were easy to read. Unfortunately, follow up testing with my doctor did not match results with Allergy Test and my confidence in the Allergy Test results is pretty low now.

I am very sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your test results.
There are a number of reasons test results may differ from those from a different lab, including different methodologies, different testing parameters, and the testing being completed at a different time.
In addition to this, skin patch testing cannot be compared to blood IgE allergy testing as these are testing for different markers.
