Tous les articles reçues sont conformes et j'ai pu les remplacer.
Il y a un point à améliorer : pour certains articles les notices de montage sont seulement en allemand, sur le site il y une version anglaise, une version en Français serait aussi la bienvenue.
Pour la référence 1026691la pièce est géniale en revanche la notice aurait besoin d'être mieux expliquée car il manque des infos essentielles pour faciliter cette réparation ( je peux vous les décrire si vous le souhaitez)

I asked twice the name of an ignition coil cassette manufacturer for SAAB, but twice they refused to disclose. Thus, i decided to buy the part from another provider. We should be informed about the manufacturer or if, eventually, the part is refurbished.
I bought a cooling system expansion tank. I paid 36.88 euro for transport. Order was placed December 04. Same day i made the fund transfer. The spare part was delivered December 14 and not 13, as mentioned in the tracking.
It is expensive for 10 days wait.

Spare parts manufacturers and transport cost
I asked twice the name of an ignition coil cassette manufacturer for SAAB, but twice they refused to disclose. Thus, i decided to buy the part from another provider. We should be informed about the manufacturer or if, eventually, the part is refurbished.
I bought a cooling system expansion tank. I paid 36.88 euro for transport. Order was placed December 04. Same day i made the fund transfer. The spare part was delivered December 14 and not 13, as mentioned in the tracking.
It is expensive for 10 days wait.

Quite quick delivery but as always very expensive, also price of item itself varies depending which country you got delivery, price of items without delivery was about 20€ more just because it wasn't delivered in Germany

Unrealistic postage fees for non-EU countries. I have to use postage forwarding services. You are asking 60€ for package that weighs 0.5 kilograms?! If shipping charges were realistic I would buy more often from you…

Wrong replacement part
ey sent me the wrong replacement part, and to get my money back I have to spend on return shipping...I don't think so.
I don't know if your insurance can take care of the shipping from Italy to Germany?

Hello, our sales team already replied to you by emaill. The wrong item was not our fault, you simply ordered an item not fitting your car. That happened because you ignored the details in the item description.

We explained several times that you ordered the wrong spring because you did not mention the details in the item description. We also told you the correct item no. for your car. Of course you can return the mistakenly ordered spring for refund (also already offered before by email).

Ihre Bestellung wurde am 07.09.2023 versendet. Sie haben mit Zahlung per Nachnahme bestellt. Der Paketdienst hat nun schon mehrfach versucht, das Paket zuzustellen, hat aber nie jemanden angetroffen. Details zur Sendung und Zustellung entnehmen Sie bitte der Sendungsverfolgung.
