Tous les articles reçues sont conformes et j'ai pu les remplacer.
Il y a un point à améliorer : pour certains articles les notices de montage sont seulement en allemand, sur le site il y une version anglaise, une version en Français serait aussi la bienvenue.
Pour la référence 1026691la pièce est géniale en revanche la notice aurait besoin d'être mieux expliquée car il manque des infos essentielles pour faciliter cette réparation ( je peux vous les décrire si vous le souhaitez)

Skandix krever inn norsk moms (mva), i henhold til VOEC, så langt greit. MEN dei registrer ikke inn pakken/beløpet, slik at for å få ut pakken så må du betale moms en gang til + moms på momsen som allerede er betalt.
Når de blir konfrontert med dette, så nekter de for å ha gjort noe feil, og nekter også å refundere momsen som de har trekt.
I følge skattevesenet så skal selger refundere moms hvis det er blitt betalt dobbelt, men det nekter de på kniven for!
Opplevde dette på begge de bestillinger eg har hatt hos de, men nå blir de ikke flere!!

Quite quick delivery but as always very expensive, also price of item itself varies depending which country you got delivery, price of items without delivery was about 20€ more just because it wasn't delivered in Germany

Brilliant Supplier! Disastrous Shipper!
Your breadth of product range and ease of use of your website is fantastic!
Unfortunately the class of DHL shipment you use when sending goods to South Africa has proven to be very disappointing. At 140 Euros for shipping we expected DHL to take care of the delivery up to our door, instead of which they pass the shipment to the bankrupt and totally dysfunctional South African Post Office for customs clearance and final delivery. As a result, 5 weeks from despatch, our order is still stuck in the post office while they try to resolve a customs issue.
Please look into using a better means of shipment when sending goods to South Africa, and until then please make sure to let your South African customers know that if their goods arrive at all, it will not be in the familiar yellow van that we've all come to trust!
I feel sure that the goods will be of good quality but until such time as they arrive i am unable to offer them a proper rating.

Ordering and Delivery Great. Packaging Poor.
Good on-line ordering system and excellent delivery time.
Non-Volvo parts are normally good quality.
Packaging of my last order was poor, with too much crammed into a shipping box, and a combustion air filter had been distorted (see photo of filter box) and needed a lot of manipulation and overnight weighting to reshape.
