Tous les articles reçues sont conformes et j'ai pu les remplacer. Il y a un point à améliorer : pour certains articles les notices de montage sont seulement en allemand, sur le site il y une version anglaise, une version en Français serait aussi la bienvenue. Pour la référence 1026691la pièce est géniale en revanche la notice aurait besoin d'être mieux expliquée car il manque des infos essentielles pour faciliter cette réparation ( je peux vous les décrire si vous le souhaitez)

Skandix krever inn norsk moms (mva), i henhold til VOEC, så langt greit. MEN dei registrer ikke inn pakken/beløpet, slik at for å få ut pakken så må du betale moms en gang til + moms på momsen som allerede er betalt. Når de blir konfrontert med dette, så nekter de for å ha gjort noe feil, og nekter også å refundere momsen som de har trekt. I følge skattevesenet så skal selger refundere moms hvis det er blitt betalt dobbelt, men det nekter de på kniven for! Opplevde dette på begge de bestillinger eg har hatt hos de, men nå blir de ikke flere!!

Wrong replacement part

ey sent me the wrong replacement part, and to get my money back I have to spend on return shipping...I don't think so. I don't know if your insurance can take care of the shipping from Italy to Germany?

Hello, our sales team already replied to you by emaill. The wrong item was not our fault, you simply ordered an item not fitting your car. That happened because you ignored the details in the item description.

We explained several times that you ordered the wrong spring because you did not mention the details in the item description. We also told you the correct item no. for your car. Of course you can return the mistakenly ordered spring for refund (also already offered before by email).

Ihre Bestellung wurde am 07.09.2023 versendet. Sie haben mit Zahlung per Nachnahme bestellt. Der Paketdienst hat nun schon mehrfach versucht, das Paket zuzustellen, hat aber nie jemanden angetroffen. Details zur Sendung und Zustellung entnehmen Sie bitte der Sendungsverfolgung.
