Tous les articles reçues sont conformes et j'ai pu les remplacer. Il y a un point à améliorer : pour certains articles les notices de montage sont seulement en allemand, sur le site il y une version anglaise, une version en Français serait aussi la bienvenue. Pour la référence 1026691la pièce est géniale en revanche la notice aurait besoin d'être mieux expliquée car il manque des infos essentielles pour faciliter cette réparation ( je peux vous les décrire si vous le souhaitez)

Skandix krever inn norsk moms (mva), i henhold til VOEC, så langt greit. MEN dei registrer ikke inn pakken/beløpet, slik at for å få ut pakken så må du betale moms en gang til + moms på momsen som allerede er betalt. Når de blir konfrontert med dette, så nekter de for å ha gjort noe feil, og nekter også å refundere momsen som de har trekt. I følge skattevesenet så skal selger refundere moms hvis det er blitt betalt dobbelt, men det nekter de på kniven for! Opplevde dette på begge de bestillinger eg har hatt hos de, men nå blir de ikke flere!!

For invoices under 3000 NOK, app. 250 €, Eu legislation forces us to charge VAT on export invoices. This money is tranferred by SKANDIX directly to the responsible financial authorities. To prove that, Our VOEC no. is printed on the invoice. This procedure works very well and fulfils al mandatory legal concerns. only in this cases it caused trouble, initiated by your local customs office. Please clarify this with your invoice and your local responsible financial authority.

Wrong part, the part sent was on the driver's side and so a mirror image compared to the spare part I was looking for, I was able to assemble a working whole from old and new parts...the sensor part itself was the same. also the freight price is expensive..

You ordered a sensor declared "front, left" in the item description. Generally this should be a subtle hint, that expecting the driver side would not bee too absurd.
