Excellent in every way - really happy that you were able to supply the Volvo part that i needed - delivery was about 4 weeks as indicated - Would have been faster but delays in Singapore,Sydney and Auckland. Part received in good condition - Correct Part supplied for my Volvo - Part fitted perfectly. My car now fully compliant for issue of WOF Was seriously considering "parking up" the Volvo and buying something different because of the lack of interest by the Volvo agents in sourcing parts for me and the extreme cost of European car parts in NZ Many thanks for helping me in this instance Best Wishes, John Edwards.. P/S Only complaint I have was the shipping cost of 140 euros to NZ for a rather small , light weight part ??? But never mind it would have cost me a lot more to buy another car...

Des difficultés pour se servir du logiciel de commande qui est en anglais ou en allemand ce qui m 'a valu des maladresses pour payer mes achats et heureusement un personnel de votre équipe est venu m'aider par téléphone. Pourquoi le logiciel , le site n'est-il pas aussi en français tout simplement? Normalement c'est en suivant la procédure, page par page que l'on doit arriver au final au paiement avec possibilité de revenir sur le "panier" en cas de rectification. Pour quelqu'un qui ne connaît pas la langue de Goethe et dont l'anglais date un peu (enseignement secondaire) vu mes 71ans, ce n'est pas évident. Dépêchez-vous d'apporter une traduction en français , on est en Europe ce qui serait beaucoup plus facile pour les fidèles de la marque que nous sommes depuis deux générations. Merci

I bought from Skandix because the prices are quite competitive and shipping is reasonable. Goods always arrived in good condition. However, shipping takes longer than pre-covid and if the part is urgently required, your down time will be just as long. It took roughly a month to arrive. I would not recommend Skandix if you need the parts quickly but otherwise a good place to shop for parts.

We are sorry for the delay but specially around end of the year the parcel runtimes with DHL may vary. Unfortunately runtimes and customs procedures in the detination countries are out of our influence.
