I just got my intolerant about 3 days ago So I haven't had enough time to completely trial it It's an interesting little pill If it does everything that it says I'm going to be very impressed cuz I have tried lots and lots of different supplements I like the little case that it comes in I do have one question How many should I take to start with and does it help with FODMAPs and FODMAPs digestion

Fructase definitely helps with my tolerance of fruit. I do have to use three caps (at least for now) and find that opening the capsules and sprinkling the powder on the first few bites is more effective for me versus taking the capsules whole. Perhaps Intoleran could manufacture a powder only form for convenience?

How do people not know about this!
I have celiacs and can't drink milk of have dairy and I have been spending way too much money on "dairy free" items. I tried this the other day on normal half & half we had in the fridge. I am using 2 of the enzymes, one for starch such as potatoes and pastas, and another one for fruits. Both have been working well for me. I have used the starch on for 3 months and the fruit one for a month. Will continue to use both. I have found that two capsules work best for me but I can’t take them together as I get an upset stomach. I decide which I should take by what I am going to eat.
