I liked their pricing and full product range. Their website could use some work as far as navigating and spacial display of products. It seems cluttered and not a lot of info about their coffees.
Communication after the purchase wasn't very good. Getting an email saying that you purchased this product but this is not confirmation and need to check if your payment went through is not comforting. I had to reach out after several days over a week actually to ask what the status of my item was.
I had no problems, the coffee was posted quickly and got here within an expected time frame with GLS. All tracked. I think that Trusted Shops were too fast in asking if all was going well, and lack flexibility in their formula for feedback.

Great coffee shop and very fast shipping and fair prices.
