Excellent customer service. My order came as described abd was professionally packaged.
I do however have some advice as far as the invoice is concerned... for customs purposes and specifically Canada in this case , they need absolutely full description of the watch, is type, eg, mechanical or digital, what material its made from, eg, steel , leather band etc, and also they can not have any zeros for free gifts... so in this case the warranty and the watch case were on the invoice as zero. But they need to have an actual value, and then show that value subtracted from the total amount... hope this makes sense? Otherwise what an absolute stunner of a watch. Im honored to be one of the 150 people that own this special edition. Thankyou!
