Good products, good product info, good pricing and fast delivery. There are multiple ways to find the battery you need. With 10 purchases since 2012 I never needed customer service. I think that is a good thing. I see no downsides.

So far, so good. Battery replacement went well. Hope the lifetime will be long, took the warranty extension as well to have 3 years warranty. Pricing a lit more than other eastern imported cheap batteries, but hope to have good German reliability and quality with 3 years hassle-free warranty for about 1/3 of an APC original spare
Needed a very specific battery for my high end flash system.
Battery Direct had this make and model in stock (at an excellent price) and delivered it from Germany to the Netherlands within three days.
This battery was unavailable over here.
Did need to file down the connectors a few millimeters, they were too wide on the new battery. Guess the manufacturer changed those specs.
Am very happy with the end result. My portable flash unit now functions like is should again.
