Dear Sirs or Madame,
i´ve sent back Free the Belt Pro - Evening Primrose - Size : XS/S and i wanted it replaced with Size M/L. Regarding two mails on you i did`nt get any answer.
Instead of Replacement you sent back the money, so i have to order the Belt Size M/L again (NRZNECOIY Placed on 07/04/2023 19:06:36).
This is not the way i expect your support!

I’ve placed an order of two items, one T-shirt and one cap. Unfortunately you only send the cap, and simply made the refund of the t-shirt without giving me any kind of explanation. It’s a very bad costumer service, you should have a end an email explaining the situation.

Kit was sent quickly and arrived in a box - not really needed for a pair of socks and compression shorts. However the courier names seemed very scamlike especially as I then got 2 different bit:ly links afterwards from two different courier names

Everything about Compresssport is excelent but please change delivery partner in Croatia, packages arrive in 2 days in Croatia and then we wait for 7 - 10 days for delivery. Worst delivery company in country HP (Croatian Post).

I enjoy top quality products and am proud to use them for running and cycling, I have two complaints.
1. Prices are too high
2. The old shipping method via UPS was better

Late delivery, no feedback from the delivery company. Their site is only in English, status does’t change for days. No call from the courier, the dispatch landed at the security, without informing me.
