It was definitely a great experience very fast delivery and an amazing product. The bag has everything I’m looking for in a bag including pockets zips etc. It’s perfect size has a nice soft fabric inside and it’s seems very sturdy and stiff so it won’t loose its shape. The colour is taupe for sure even thou it looks a bit beige on the website. Also the handles stay upright which can be a little annoying but I suppose it’s something to get used to. I really like this bag and I will highly recommend it.

Before I bought I came here to read the reviews and decided to take the risk. Bought 2 items with the first no problems. The second it’s been a nightmare, they don’t reply to emails, only phone calls. The courier lost my package, I had to write a form that I didn’t get it, waited 15 days until they send again and the onus is on the buyer to solve the seller problem. They took so long to solve the problem now my ring size isn’t available anymore so I’ll have to pay for getting to my size this side. Still waiting to see if the ring arrives this time around.

Courier lost the package - I had to solved it.

Before I bought I came here to read the reviews and decided to take the risk. Bought 2 items with the first no problems. The second it’s been a nightmare, they don’t reply to emails, only phone calls. The courier lost my package, I had to write a form that I didn’t get it, waited 15 days until they send again and the onus is on the buyer to solve the seller problem. They took so long to solve the problem now my ring size isn’t available anymore so I’ll have to pay for getting to my size this side. Still waiting to see if the ring arrives this time around.

Design top, Qualität nur ok!

Die Artikel haben ein hübsches modernes Design, das ist toll. Ansonsten sind die Schmuckstücke filigran und qualitativ eher mittelmäßig. Zwei Armbänder sind schon kaputt gegangen, eins konnte ich reklamieren, ein anderes habe ich verloren. Ich bin gespannt, wie es sich nun bei den Ohrringen verhält.

Damaged bracelet and no response (yet?) I ordered a gift set, necklace and bracelet in 14k gold. Upon arrival I noticed the bracelet was stained and contacted CS immediately, but no response (yet). Hopefully the issue will be resolved but as for now, I’m not too happy.

They do not use good courier services for shipping, I have never had the experience I had with Isabel Bernard/colis privé since I have been buying online. Imagine, they contracted a courier service that steal people’s order and claimed to have delivered the order. If there is anything less than 0 star that would be my rating for Isabel Bernard and their customer service is non existent

Dont know where is my shipment

I placed my order on monday and I still havent received tracking number of my shipment, even though on their page states that it takes 2 to 5 working days until shipment is received. So even of they send it tomorrow it wont reach destination in 5 working days.

Communications non existent

I have not received any updates since i purchased an item 4 days ago and the order should have arrived in 2-5 days..... No tracking number, no confirmation to say it has shipped, i need this gift for a specific date and now i am left empty handed

Returned the product but No refund

I have received the email confirming that my return has been received in good order, and will process the refund on 21/6. However, I still have not got my money back after three weeks (today is 12/7). Please follow-up!
