We are sorry to hear about the experience you had with our delivery service. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for a package that never arrives and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to inform you that we refunded your purchase as soon as we were made aware of the situation. Additionally, we have started an investigation with the delivery company to try and locate the missing package. Unfortunately, such investigations take time. This is also out of our control.
We hope that you can understand that this is not something that happens regularly and we have taken steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
