Reviews:

delivery time is absolutely top-notch :) I ordered a watch and it arrived the next day, unfortunately, it wasn't to the liking of the person who received it but that was no problem. Hassle-free and free returns with "convenient returns" and a new purchase. Shopping on this site is a bullseye!

náhodne som našiel hodinky, ktoré som na internete hľadal v tomto obchode najlacnejšie.. objednal som si ich a neskôr prečítal množstvo negatívnych recenzií, pričom som až tŕpol, či mi prídu.. prišli na tretí deň (presne tak, ako mi to zobrazovalo pri objednávaní).. všetko bolo v absolútnom poriadku!! hodinky originál zabalené, dodanie super-rýchle, cena najlepšia na našom trhu.. som maximálne spokojný a i v budúcnosti nebudem mať najlepší problém si z tohto e-shopu niečo objednať.. ďakujem

The site itself was okay, perhaps more digitalization would have been better. I placed an order and paid for a watch (unfortunately, I returned the watch), but to check the status of the order, I needed to use the order number from the payment confirmation email. After the order, I created an account, but the e-watches page did not integrate the order made before creating the account into that account. It's not a tragedy, but it would have been simpler if the order were included in my account.

Very disappointing customer service – order #1000845672 I placed order no. 1000845672 on 10.09.2026 and immediately paid the amount of 2,125.00 PLN via PayU. I ordered the Victorinox Journey 1884 watch ref. 241978. Since the model had a delivery time of 2-10 weeks, I contacted the store to request an exchange for the readily available model ref. 242009 with a black dial. Initially, I received a clear confirmation from an employee of Zegarownia.pl that the model would be exchanged and processed at the price I had already paid. Unfortunately, later conflicting information regarding the price and the amount of the surcharge began to appear. The amounts I had to pay changed in subsequent messages. Ultimately, I was informed that after applying the code S15, the price of the watch was 2,237.20 PLN, even though the amount of 2,192.15 PLN appeared in my cart for the same model. After this series of contradictory information and changes of position, I decided to cancel the purchase and requested a refund of the 2,125.00 PLN paid. As of September 18, I still have not received the refund or specific information on whether and when the refund was ordered. Despite several messages sent to the store, I did not even receive confirmation of receipt of my refund request. What particularly disappointed me was that, at the same time, I received a message from the store asking for an evaluation of the purchase and customer service, while my refund issue remained unanswered. I am not evaluating the watch itself here, because I ultimately did not receive it. I am only evaluating the manner of customer service and the execution of my order. For me, the problem is not the difference of a few tens or even a hundred zlotys. The problem is the lack of consistent information, changing agreements, and the lack of response to messages regarding the refund of money. The money was taken immediately. Obtaining a specific piece of information regarding its refund turned out to be much more difficult. I hope that at least the refund will be executed without further issues.

The ordered watch arrived on time, it's even more beautiful than described (the dial is mother-of-pearl, not plain white). Only note: the instruction manual is in Polish and does not include precise information about the watch model I purchased. It would be useful to add an English translation and specify more information about the purchased model.

The watch itself is very nice, but the packaging method for shipment is a mistake. The watch was packed in a cardboard sleeve that was damaged because it was thrown into a piece of air-filled plastic and then thrown into a larger box. The box was sealed with a single layer of tape that came loose, and when I received the package, I thought someone had simply taken the watch out - or perhaps it had fallen out during transport - the hole was so big... For this price, I expected better quality regarding the protection and packaging - especially since I wrote a request in the notes for nice packaging, as it is a gift. I also did not receive any proof of purchase. Probably the receipt fell out through the mentioned hole.

Hello, I am a regular customer and I have already bought ten watches from you and each time I am satisfied with the quick response to the order, I will definitely buy another watch from you in the future. Kind regards

This is the second order addressed to Eceasuri and both products were promptly and safely shipped (the watches were nicely packaged and protected against any risks of damage). Thank you for the professionalism!

I ordered a watch from this store for the second time and for the second time I was not disappointed. Express order processing, everything according to the description and well packed. The engraving was done very nicely.

Transport, price, and product excellent. The watch is exceptional with a slightly larger diameter for those who prefer it, excellent design, the dial and indices are very legible both day and night. The accuracy of the watch is very good. I recommend the store, services, and eCeasuri products. I have also bought other watches from them and have been very satisfied; plus, they have discounts of 10 or 15%!!!

Store worth recommending. Professional customer service, timely order fulfillment, and original product as described. The purchases made fully met my expectations – I gladly recommend this store to other customers. 👍👍👍

I am very satisfied with the purchase of this watch (MK7522), it is absolutely stunning, very elegant and exactly as in the presentation - being 100% original. The superior quality is evident, and the delivery was extremely quick after placing the order on the site.

I asked about my order (terrified by the comments read about the company from the past few months, after having already paid for the order) and received a quick and clear response. The order was delivered on time. I can recommend with a clear conscience

I found a limited edition watch here so I was over the moon and a little bit sceptic, so I didn’t paid it before the delivery. I got my package so fast, the watch is original. I am so happy! Highly recommended!

☑ expand the offer ☑ lower prices ☑ build in the middle of Prague the "Palace of Wristwatches", which by its significance would entirely overshadow: ● Las Vegas; ● Luxury tourism in wealthy Arabia; ● and last but not least, the consumption of ice cream in Paris on Champ-de-Mars under the Eiffel Tower.

I would like to express my special appreciation for the online store eceasuri.ro for the professionalism and high standards demonstrated throughout the entire purchase process. The quality of the services offered deserves a maximum rating of 5 stars. Among the defining elements that justify this positive review are: Superior product quality: The products sold fully comply with standards of conformity and authenticity, offering the certainty of a safe purchase. Prompt delivery: The processing of the order and its handover to the carrier were carried out in an extremely short period, demonstrating efficient internal logistics. Various and flexible payment methods: The platform offers customers a wide range of payment options, optimized to support buyers and ensure financial flexibility. In my last order, I purchased a Timex Expedition North Tide-Temp-Compass watch, with which I am completely satisfied. The device stands out for its aesthetic appearance, robust construction, and precision finishes. From a technical point of view, its complex functionalities (tide, temperature, and compass indicators) operate flawlessly, confirming an excellent price-quality ratio. Important mention regarding the delivery service (independent of the merchant): The only unpleasant incident of this experience is not attributable to the eceasuri.ro store, but exclusively to the courier operator. The person who made the delivery to the Easy Box removed the watch from the protective packaging for transport and placed it directly in the box, leaving the outer box torn aside, most likely due to space management considerations in the drawer. This practice by the delivery person is completely unprofessional and non-compliant with parcel handling norms. However, given that this deficiency is strictly a matter of third-party logistics, the store's performance cannot be overshadowed. For eceasuri.ro, a top rating: Full 5 stars!

I ordered two watches that were supposed to arrive the next day. In essence, shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating that we are doing what we can, but the order's fulfillment might be slightly delayed. It’s understandable, May holiday, maybe half the team is on vacation. Then an email came saying, unfortunately, one of the ordered watches is not in stock. Well, I think it's understandable... it happens. I received one watch. And for the one that wasn't available, I received a refund WITHOUT ANY TROBLEM. So inventory status needs improvement. The rest is perfectly fine. Despite a small slip-up, I RECOMMEND.

I received the ordered watch, it is exactly as described, very beautiful. I appreciate that it arrived on time as stated on the site and I also received the warranty documents. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the purchase. Everything went smoothly, and the watch looks even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. I recommend the shop and will gladly return for more shopping!

I ordered a watch as a gift several weeks in advance. According to the information on the site, delivery was supposed to take about two days. Over three weeks have passed, the gift was supposed to have been given, and I still don't have the watch. After placing the order, it turned out that the selected model was unavailable. I agreed to swap it for another watch, and we also agreed on a new price. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. After more days of waiting, I had to ask myself when the order would be shipped. I received apologies and assurances that the shipment would occur that same day. Several days later, after another message from my side, I found out that the package was still waiting to be picked up by the courier. In the meantime, the shop managed to ask me twice to confirm the delivery of the order and provide a rating. It's a bit difficult to rate a delivery that hasn't happened yet. Furthermore, the customer panel still shows the original model of the watch, the old price, and the status "In progress." Out of curiosity, I also checked one of the previous orders. Even though it was delivered years ago, it is also "in progress." It seems that the information about the order statuses has little to do with reality. I can understand the issue with product availability. However, I don't understand promising shipping on a specific day, not meeting that deadline, and the lack of information about further delays until I ask. I ordered well in advance precisely to avoid such a situation. Unfortunately, the gift didn't arrive on time.
