Excellent service and excellent products I have purchased from silwy before and will definitely use them again . Customer service is excellent and very quick delivery and packaging is excellent I would highly recommend them
I ordered two wine glasses but they were far too large for my motorhome so I returned them. There isn't a formal return process so I sent them back tracked - and they've vanished.
I've learnt very expensively that dealing with European businesses from the UK is now impossible
Since I bought it with a promotion with quality, it is a big risk, because as I found out, it is tolerated under such conditions. There are air bubbles in the wine glass.

Order paid, no delivery
I received an order confirmation on August 27th, almost three weeks later I still have not received my order. I sent a reminder a week ago, Silwy promised to ship the order the same day but a week later I still have not received a shipping confirmation
