Despite most of the products are of good/excellent quality, I recieved (and ordered) 2 boxes of the protein bars. They could be used for 13 days, after that they were expired.
Recently I received apologies and got compensated.
Quality in a company is how you fix complaints.
I bought the largest size sweater and it was way too small (im 198cm tall and weigh 95kg, so not a massive guy). I had to pay 6 euros sending costs and 7.25 euros returning costs and i end up with no product. Also no solution from the helpdesk (new, bigger sweater or a discount). Will never shop here again.
My latest deliveries have gone wrong. Something with my adres. It's still the same as before! And suddenly there is a problem. Explain that when before there was no problem at all...

My parcel didn't arrive, when the package handler said it had. It went lost, so Dedicated Nutrition is sending me an additional product, before investigating the matter. What a great service. Thanks 10000 times
