The mop system I purchased is the best one I've ever had. It was pricey, and I was initially not feeling that but before purchasing the Tovar system I had purchased and returned a few different ones at my local big box store that were up to $60 and they just weren't very good or worth the cost. I took a chance on this system after seeing several ads on TikTok and I am very satisfied with this system. It is well worth the cost. I used it for the first time this weekend and was surprised at how well it works and cleans - much better than any other I've used or the ones I tried and returned. I also like the height of the handle (I am tall). I will be watching for a dual bucket system in Lime Green (I bought the single bucket system) and purchasing that with a dolly if/when that becomes available.

I really wanted to love this mop. So much so that when I received my first order - the split bucket bundle with trolley - and I was unhappy with it, I emailed the company stating it must be user error, and asked for any how-to videos on set up. I did not receive any videos, instead a very short email stating I could return it or buy the regular bucket and they provided me a "discount" code. 1. Split bucket mop states that it's for a small area. That's a bit of a stretch... I filled the bucket to the max line and it was empty after two spins. So much so that I emptied the "dirty" water bucket back into the clean because it wasn't even dirty yet. 2. The split bucket mop is very hard to put together and equally as difficult to pull apart. You end up splashing yourself with either bucket. You also cannot remove the silver spinner part so you have no idea if the dirty bucket is still dirty inside after you dump it. 3. On the dolly, there is a stopper under one side. Presumably to keep the dolly from tipping over when you push the handle down to spin, which happened to me multiple times. Spilling the entire bucket of water all over the floor I just cleaned. I'm not sure if it's recommended that whatever side of the bucket is heavier with water should be over the stopper - but again, a how to / list of tips video might have come in handy. 3. The handle just completely comes out of the bottom piece that snaps on to the mop head. Once you dip into the water and lift to put into the spinner, the weight of the water causes it pops off. Now it's dripping wet and heavy and you have to try to reassemble it that way because you can't spin it without the handle inserted. 4. The tilt on the mop head is very annoying, it stays tilted when you lift it to dip in the water (so you have to use your hand or foot to straighten it) but tilts back and forth as you mop essentially lifting half the mop head off the floor. 5. When I emailed I stated I wasn't happy with the split bucket and they offered me a "discount" code on the regular bucket. It was $1.50 off - Not really a deal in my opinion. 6. They also never informed me that the regular bucket does not fit on the split bucket trolley. I kept the original bundle at full price, purchased a brand new bucket at basically full price and now I have to return it all. 7. While I feel that what I was able to successfully mop, the mop head exceeded the OCedar mop head. However, I feel that the product is much more cheaply made and costs 2-3x times the amount. I hate to write a bad review on a small business but I spent a lot of money and still haven't gotten one full mop out of it. Now I have to return everything and eat the return shipping on both orders.
