Foi a primeira vez que experimentei um shampoo sólido e é de facto muito bom. O cabelo fica super sedoso, quase que nem preciso de aplicar condicionador! E o meu cabelo é comprido e enleia-se com facilidade.

Demasiado tempo para entregar uma encomenda, quase 1 mês, apesar de selecionar método expresso (6 dias úteis). A última encomenda que comprei, pedi para ser cancelada, pois demorou demasiado tempo. Adicionalmente, tive má experiência com a entrega de uma das minhas encomendas anteriores. A embalagem chegou molhada, afetando os produtos que estavam dentro. Considero a embalagem desadequada.

I discovered BAM&BOO not so long ago, but I always wanted to take out plastic out of my life as much as possible, and with BAM&BOO, I found the solution for some products I need. I Love their culture, I love their connection to the quality of the products of the Azores, and their own link to nature.

I love the products, high quality, but the logistic isn't the best one. I never receive the products when I'm supposed to (even if it's not registered, they always take double the time to get there when compared to the indicated)

I like that it doesn't leave marks on clothes, but after half an hour the smell is not good.
The deodorants are more like a balsam then like deodorant.

I'm sorry to give such a low score but it is unacceptable for a purchase inside the country to take 15 day to arrive the order to my hands. Only now I start to use the products, and then If the quality justify, I will order again knowing that it will takes 15days to arrive.
