I rang looking for dimensions of a mini exercise pedal machine, my call was answered after two rings. Sean was not sure but checked, found dimensions in a few seconds and then said they should have been on the website & he would do that later. It is so unusual these times to get such a minor issue resolved by being truthful, taking time to check & undertaking to correct in such a pleasant manner. He was also very helpful explaining other products I asked about, I included those in my order. All very good, arrived on time. Nice email later.

I am home from regab after knee replacement surgery. I started using the ice machine straight away. I had used a similar machine in the Blackrock Clinic. It completely envelops my knee and renders relief. I find I don’t need the pump and am hoping I can return it for a refund. I look forward to hearing from you on this issue. Really good boot, comfortable, works great
The boot was a perfect fit and the valve for air is a life saver, so much more comfy. Just maybe the sole could benefit from being a tiny bit more anti-slip, and the cap that goes above the button to put air, if it was attached to the boot rather than being a pop off cap, that would be even better. Overall super happy with this model, more than worth it.
