I have bought over 100 different clothing in last couple of years, i super happy with response, delivery spot on, description of products mostly helpful (sometimes 2x means x or 4x, but that is not their fault) , very easy return policy and always worked out with no problems, what can i say, i am happy and will continue to buy with them.

I constantly purchase from the Bergfreunde store. It has a large variety of different companies, very good prices and fast shipping, especially to my country, Greece. They are characterized by formality and professionalism, even in cases where I had to return a product that was the wrong order number. I will unreservedly recommend it to everyone for purchases. I’ve had only positive experiences shopping here. The products are of consistently good quality, shipping has always been fast and reliable, and the size recommendations are surprisingly accurate. Every clothing item I’ve ordered has fit as expected based on the recommended size. Overall, a trustworthy store that I’ll happily buy from again.

There are many products in the catalog where it’s hard to tell what they’re actually like. Some have great photos, while others have only a single one. I know it’s impossible to collect consistent photos for so many products. But perhaps it would be worth doing something about it, or at least trying. If you have a lot of products in your warehouse, you could test whether the number of orders increases if there are more high-quality photos on the website. Maybe you could try using AI image generation. I know this is difficult and complicated, but if you could develop a standardized system that manufacturers also like, then customers would likely be better able to navigate the site. Something else occurred to me. If there were some way to feature recommended products, it would make choosing easier. For example, “Recommended by Bergfreunde,”. Or if there were a few categories (1-day easy hike, 2–3-day high-altitude trek, 10-day trek in Nepal, take this with you on a Kilimanjaro trek, take this with you on a Mont Blanc circuit trek, etc.). So if you recommended 4–5 types of shoes, backpacks, rain jackets, etc., for these categories, it would definitely be a big help to customers. I hope I’ve explained what I meant clearly. If I’ve suggested any bad ideas, I apologize for taking up your time. 😊

Great shop, great quality gear. Prices are comparable to most other outdoor shops, but has a wider selection. Delivery service excellent and easy to navigate website. My only issue is that the jacket I purchased was €20 cheaper on site after my one (which was listed as the last one available) had been delivered. I thought that was a bit cheeky.

Bought a new RAB down jacket. From the online experience through to delivery everything about this experience was great. There's a useful comparison tool to look at other items in the category you're interested in, which is how I found my jacket. Though I have bought RAB clothing before and I was pretty sure of my size, I used the sizing tool to be certain. The jacket arrived within the time frame expected and came well packaged. It fitted perfectly and I'm really pleased with it and know it will be a great addition to my winter wardrobe. I recommend this site and will use it to replenish my outdoor / trekking wear in the future.

I received a defective item, but the support team handled the situation quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. After sending a few photos, the issue was resolved immediately and I was refunded without needing to return the damaged product. Communication was fast, clear, and very customer-oriented. This is exactly the kind of service that builds trust — I would gladly order from them again.

A good online store with a wide selection, competitive prices, a user-friendly website and filters, and decent product descriptions. Overall, I’m satisfied. What could be improved is providing more detailed product descriptions where possible. One minor issue: the box arrived open during delivery - the top flap was torn off, and when returning it I had to put in some effort to tape it back together. This is probably more an issue with the postal service.

I've had it for two months and worn it in a few heavy showers as well as prolonged drizzle (gaelic and soccer matches, hill walking), kept me dry every time. My only non positive remark is that for me the hood is too big for me. Definitely recommended

I ordered sneakers from On. Every step of the purchase, from placing the order to receiving the goods at the post office, was excellent. I received emails and was able to track my package. The shipment and delivery were very fast. Thank you to all the company's employees. I am very satisfied.

Delivery was quick and protected, retail box was inside a larger cartoon box. The Hoka Clifton 10 running shoes are new and in excellent condition, the best so far, not to say a mirracle for me. Although I have fused ankles, as a result of an old fall from height, I can easy run, marathon style, for the first time in many years. The cushioning and elasticity of the sole response are far beyond any expectations. It's like I am floating. I think these shoes releases at least 30% of the ankle's cushioning load. They are irreplaceable for those with joint issues such as ankles, knees, back or just too heavy. When you move suddenly, the foot is stable in the shoe. There is no sinking sensation in the sole, although I weight 100 kg. I can't wait to take a jogging in the park using them and even play volleyball. Thank you Hoka for your creativity and BergFreunde Germany for the site that also works well in English, which I know. Suggestion: I would have made the outer sole thicker, 4-5mm instead of 2mm to last longer, even if it means 50-100g extra weight. Anyway, the shoes are very light, too light even.

I’m generally quite satisfied with Bergfreunde. They offer great customer service and fast shipping times (at least in my most recent experience). However, having to pay for return shipping (by having the cost deducted from the refund) is a drawback and may influence the choice of shop. Not having the option to exchange sizes or items also adds some inconvenience: you have to send items back and wait for the refund, or place and pay for a new order.

I like that I can find many gears at the same place, in a relatively wide variety and good pricing. Also the website is easy to navigate. The people there are helpful, in case you have questions. When you are buying from abroad the packs tracking is messy, especially if DHL gives it away to another transport company. I would also love if you would offer personalised discounts or offers form time to time.

You could improve your internet site. Changing account personal data doesn't work. It doesn't permanently save my phone number. I have allready wroten to you about this problem, but it wasn't solved. Without phone number shipment can't be redirected in parcel machine in my country.

regarding the purchased vest, size XL, in the chest and shoulder area the size is OK, but the sleeves are too long, for a person under 180cm this is irritating, the length is also much longer than normal for me, and the collar is too low and slides down even with the zip up, my neck at the back is exposed and freezes from the cold wind, there should be a scarf with the vest, and the buyer should be 185-190 cm and quite thin, how much money should I spend so that I am completely satisfied with such a product???

I was really happy with the underwear. It covered all my expectations and matched the description. The delivery was fast and the products are really high quality. Now I've ordered some accessories and can't wait to check them out.

One of the items I ordered is damaged. Called two times on the phone and was waiting for 5 to 10 minutes someone to answer and no one did. At first I couldn't find the right form to write the message to the customer support but eventually I did and it's better if you send one or two pictures because if there are more, the message can not be send. After I send the message I received a confirmation of the sending than an answer and my money back in no more than an hour.

I've been ordering from here for about 6-7 years, but I've never had a problem with the delivery time or with not receiving the size or product I ordered. Recently, it has happened a few times that the photo didn't really match the reality. But you can even find this on Facebook. :) Seriously, recently I've had to return it 1-2 times because the color of the selected product was different in reality, but that's about it in terms of problems. I really like that the packaging materials are made of recycled paper, and they also hold their shape very well. Keep it up!
