Very swift delivery. I know you have to put all that literature in each product box but it really does seem like a waste of paper. Could you not put a link to the website for further information instead. I have used Jannson through my salon but I'm pleased I can now order online. The products are excellent. I am sure this is a good product as my cosmetologist recommended it. But I have to take 2 stars off as when I received the product I discovered it had fragrance (perfume) though the ingredients on a website did not mention it at all. Please see attached photo of the full list of ingredients on the packaging.
I always go for fragrance free products, so check the ingredients first, but this time information on website was not complete.
After approaching customer service I was told that the website only has list of active ingredients and not the full list, also that fragrance they use is save which was not my point as I don’t need any fragrance at all. On a positive side I was offered an option of a full refund.
I believe customers have right to be aware what they are buying.
