Whole management of my order has been highly professional. It was very clear what are the conditions of purchase, delivery etc. I liked the contract which was precise and written in big letters( most papers of such kind use shrift 4😊). Assistance when I needed to clarify some transportation detailswas provided immediately, in a friendly and professional manner. In addition I must say that my family members have already ordered robots from your company and as they are very happy, they recommended you to me. Thus, it is really difficult to propose any improvements. Just please keep this high level of management. My sincere thanks to everybody!

Unfortunately I ordered a 14.3 Automower 305 mower to be shipped after 20.4. the first extended deadline was 11.5 then again on later 26.5, of course it did not arrive and when I asked again they promised again no later than 9.6. I am very disappointed that after 1.5 months I still have not received the order. They always just extend the delivery time, in between we had to buy a smaller mower.....

Our customer service team informed us in Ticket 802372 that the supplier's delivery date has been delayed. The goods will be dispatched from 21.06.2021 - you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking ID by email. Best regards, myRobotcenter

Took longer than expected to receive product, as it was not in stock as stated on website. But customer service were helpful when I emailed and apologised and I got it very quick after that. And so far product is working well and it was well packaged.

I booked a mower marked 'in stock' + express delivery.My order status moved to 'on hold' and customer service cannot give a delivery date (the product was not delivered as expected by the supplier) => 1 star for product delivery. I requested to cancel my order: they cancelled the order and refund the payment immediately without discussion => 5 stars for customer service. Cannot rate the goods.
