Snelle levering, goede en bereikbare helpdesk. Van de 8 producten bleek toch 1 niet op voorrraad, en dus niet geleverd, maar wel gelijk het geld retour op mijn bank rek, en een mail met uit leg hoe en waarom. Gewoon duidelijke communicatie, top.
8 days ago I placed the order and I have not been informed about the shipping.
In your trusted service I get this message: "Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, deliveries may take a few days longer than usual"
I don't know from where they send the merchandise but I think that at this point it is not an excuse.
Bad online delivery service, more when the shipping of three swimsuits with DHL to Spain costs 15€.

Disappointing quality
Both tshirts look a bit washed, maybe it is their specifics but it looks strange to me. I didn't like the smell after opening the bags, pure chemical smell. Overall I don't think I will buy shiwi stuff in the future. You can easily get better quality for that amount of money. Very sorry.
