I recently got let down with an order on Amazon for a waterproof hat I was going to wear under my bicycle helmet for a upcoming bike packing trip, that's when I thought about getting a waterproof helmet cover, found cycletribe online, found a nicely priced hi-vis one, clicked d order button and it was at d front door in under 2 days, just in time for the trip, that's what I called excellent service.

I placed my order over two weeks ago and so far have no indication when it will be delivered. I cannot rate the actual product as I do not have it... I would not have bothered if I thought I would have to wait so long. Also I paid £18 for delivery charge. Maybe once the produce does actually arrive I may be able to rate it...
