Vivo alle Canarie e, come si può immaginare, non è sempre facile gestire spedizioni e pratiche, ma loro hanno seguito tutto in modo impeccabile, rendendo il processo semplice e senza problemi. La mia macchina da cucire, una Pfaff Expression 710 Limited (Special Edition), è arrivata proprio ieri, quindi devo ancora utilizzarla, ma per quanto riguarda il servizio, l’assistenza e la professionalità del negozio, non posso che consigliarli vivamente. Sicuramente, anche se sono lontana, mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro per futuri acquisti.

Fast delivery and great prices.

The books delivered were not properly packaged, which meant there was a risk of damage. Simply putting them in a plastic bag is not sufficient. What's more, the shipping costs were 29 euros. I can't see anywhere whether this was actually the shipping costs.
