Super fast delivery, always reliable. I've been ordering sporadically for years and the quality seems consistently good and reliable to me. The principle of pure substance is an important quality indicator and purchase argument for me, as many nutritional supplements, both from drugstores, but even from pharmacies, contain additives that are not necessarily needed. Transparency about all used substances, also capsule shells or oils as carrier substances, etc., is decisive for me. If one wanted to improve something, at this point I would go further and wish for more information about, for example, raw materials, origin, testing for pollutants, etc..

My packages are always delivered incorrectly/redirected because there is no readable code/QR code on the packaging (at least that was the information at the relevant post office). Perhaps a solution could be considered in this regard. At least the packages are no longer being sent back to the sender like at the beginning (though I don’t know why, maybe the postal partner 'learned something').

I am satisfied with the products and have also had good experiences with them. The delivery is timely and accessibility for inquiries is also good. The price is rather high, but it's okay if you buy frequently, as you have the advantage of not having shipping costs and often offers in the form of promotions. The segment is versatile, especially many vegan supplements. A store in Stuttgart would also be great.

I ordered Vitamin D3 15,000 IU and took it daily for 42 days and then only twice a week. After only 3 days of taking it, my sudden knee pain disappeared. Intuitively I know I have a Vitamin D deficiency and helped myself that way. Biogena products are great and the shipping worked perfectly. Thank you ❤️

Online orders are always processed very quickly and easily. The store employees are also always very friendly. The online customer service is rather unreliable. Sometimes you get an answer, sometimes you don't. The marketing no longer matches my personal taste. I usually buy restock products that I have known and used for a long time, but not because the company appeals to me more with its marketing.

I trust Biogena products very much, that's why I order them!🫶 What I don't like: I try to drink as little alcohol as possible. I ordered melatonin from you and see that it is dissolved in 96% alcohol. Definitely, 5 drops daily cannot be healthy for the oral mucosa. As a dentist, I sadly reject that. The products are quite good. I have two subscription products and the problem is that they are both shipped on the same day and also arrive on the same day, but each in an EXTRA package! Double postage on one hand and double packaging on the other. This is produced and I have to dispose of it. It’s not good for the environment. I have already complained to support. Without success. Simplicity in incorrect deliveries. I have 2 order subscriptions, please combine both deliveries! There are always 2 packages arriving within 4 days. Cost savings on shipping and packaging. Packaging generally turns out too large. The small BiogenaOne filling bags used to be more handy than the current ones.

From order to shipping everything super, fast delivery, I am very satisfied with my products, hope my naturopath will be as well impressed with my results someday. The dental and pulling oil is great, I had some issues with my gums before, all gone. I am completely satisfied

I have already tried some supplements, and with this one, in my opinion, you notice the quality difference straight away. The ingredients are cleanly combined, transparently listed, and appear to be high quality. The tolerance is very good for me, and the new packaging with the screw cap also makes a professional impression. Only the price sometimes takes getting used to, but as long as the quality is right...

The package always arrives on time, just shortly before I finish the old box (I have a subscription for monthly delivery). I've been taking the PMS Formula for 3 months, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. Month by month, my symptoms have eased and I feel generally stronger.

Transparency This might seem a bit unfair to them (since this message concerns the entire industry), but I find the field of nutritional supplements to be opaque. As a consumer, I feel I have no way to verify whether a product is worthwhile or not. For instance, I like to buy from Watson Nutrition, where they value their products being "tested hundreds of times", but they cost a fraction of Biogena products. I am now undergoing a doctor-supervised immunotherapy recommended by Biogena. When I ask if I can do it at a fraction of the cost through Watson, they say: "It's so cheap, something must be wrong." Fearing not to get the right quality, I buy from Biogena, where I have a good feeling but no real idea if it's necessary. In summary, I am very satisfied with their products, but overall I believe the field of nutritional supplements should be legally - of course reasonably, if possible - regulated, because as a consumer you simply don't know and have to believe everything. I appreciate Biogena's wide selection of products, which offers many possibilities to choose the right support for individual needs. At the same time, the variety is sometimes almost too vast, making orientation not always easy. The online ordering process is quick and reliable, and delivery is prompt. I find the in-store consultation particularly positive: they take their time and help with the selection. A small criticism is the online presence: there can be a certain pressure to buy if you haven't ordered for a while or when it comes to collecting points and reaching a better customer status. A bit more restraint here would be more pleasant. Overall, however, a provider with high-quality products and good service.

I find the flip lid more practical than the new screw lid. If several cans are standing next to each other, I want to be able to see from above what I should take in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. For this reason, I write with a black marker on the lid, i.e., 1-0-0, or 1-0-1, or 0-0-1. This way I keep an overview. It would be helpful if you didn't put a sticker on top of the lid, because otherwise, I can't label it anymore.

I have already tried several products from Biogena, including those recommended by a naturopath! I like the philosophy behind Biogena because it is holistic and effective. With the products I've used so far, I've had a very good feeling, and studies also confirm this: the products are better than the medications prescribed by the doctor!
