Firstly Botta have some really great designs and a very clear and easy to use website to fully explore all product offerings.
Ordering is a clear and easy process and communication at every stage has been first class.
I did have some issues with the international courier in my location but Botta were excellent in both investigating and obtaining a resolution from them. To be clear, the issue was entirely with the courier and not Botta. Communication from Botta was very good.
My purchase was very well packaged and the watch itself arrived in perfect condition. The watch looks great on the website and even better on the wrist.
Very happy with both Botta and my purchase.
Only improvement suggestion would perhaps be to make a little clearer on website that for international (non EU) deliveries import duty might be payable.

Beautiful Watch
I bought a Botta watch with a retirement gift from work colleagues. It is quite simply the best watch I have ever owned and a great memento for me. The Service from the company was excellent with friendly emails and updates. I was also able to obtain a 10% discount by subscribing to their newsletter.
My package was safely delivered via UPS (I had to have the package redelivered in a day due to import duties caused by brexit - which is obviously neither their fault or mine), and in perfect condition.
They even set the time and date for me, correct for my time zone. An excellent product and an excellent company in my opinion.
