No se'm va comentar que va haver-hi un problema, quan vaig preveure que la cosa no anava bé vaig aver de trucar, vaig estar tot al matí intentant solucionar, vaig haver de parlar jo amb diverses MRW per saber el estat del meu paket, i a sobre intentant parlar amb l'empresa a les 16:30h ja no responien el telèfon que això ho va fer molt més difícil. Us falta comunicació amb el client i no que us faci la feina amb l'empresa de missatgeria

I ordered a customized puzzle. I was disappointed the puzzle did not come in a box. It was meant to be a gift. Hw can you give a gift without a box! And to a puzzle you need to see the picture you are doing. How can you do so without a box with the picture. I am very disappointed. I have tried other customized puzzles before and they all came in a box

Order was not received and no one from the company will return my email. Impossible to speak to anyone, no where on account to report an issue with delivery. Zero customer support. As for product can’t comment as never received

Les points négatifs: Les couleurs ne correspond pas au couleurs originales, c'etraine découpe ne son pas précis. Les points positifs: Livraison dans les temps, avec un suivi de commande mis à jour régulièrement.

Le falta nitidez a las impresiones. Están borrosas, sinceramente no nos gustaron mucho.

Delivery Time too long !!!!

Delivery when you say you're going to deliver and when the parcel does not arrive, then the onus is on you, Stikets, to follow up on the non/lost delivery as you chose the delivery company. I still have not received my order and will not be using Stikets again.

Took way too long to deliver and it was delivered to the wrong adress. Completely wasted.

Paid for express delivery and did not arrive anywhere near that date

The book is a shit

I have bought stickers and stamps here before. The customized stickers I bought before were of nice colors and clear patterns, but the ones I bought this time are grayish and the printing is blurry and rough. The name tag is also not as clear as before. I have customized three stamps. The first one was good, but the second one requires very careful use to get a complete impression, otherwise there will be partial printing problems on the edges. I suspect that this may be caused by the uneven surface of the stamps. I hope to get customer service to solve my problem.

when you try to pay, it often bug or load for a long long time and the payment failed many times before actually being able to pay. Also when we send you files per email with the right format to create the order, often the answer is long or you don't receive it and we loose a lot of time..
