I have bought stickers and stamps here before. The customized stickers I bought before were of nice colors and clear patterns, but the ones I bought this time are grayish and the printing is blurry and rough. The name tag is also not as clear as before. I have customized three stamps. The first one was good, but the second one requires very careful use to get a complete impression, otherwise there will be partial printing problems on the edges. I suspect that this may be caused by the uneven surface of the stamps. I hope to get customer service to solve my problem.

I do not recommend the ink stamp for the clothes. The actual result vs the sample image when choosing the font type were different. The ink smudges and the words all clumped together making the words to been seen clearly. Definitely can't choose names more than 6 letters for the ink stamp. I even contacted the customer service but they just suggested me to repurchase it again and once I asked for them to refund, they ignored my request with no reply.

Bought stickers and bag name tags for my kids. They look beautiful and glossy, only problem is they don't stick on for long. The adhesive isn't a strong one and the moment my daughter wore her shoes and I got to wash her water bottles, they started coming loose. Am disappointed, at that cost, you would expect it to satisfy the adhesive requirements of a sticker. Am now having to place a new order with my name tags. A new cost I certainly would have preferred not to bear as I have 2 kids

Commande C-3427215 : Etiquettes autocollantes très bien. Par contre, les étiquettes thermocollantes collent au fer à repasser et fondent... pourtant j'ai bien suivi le mode d'emploi (température maxi et pas de vapeur). J'en ai collé une seconde par dessus et ai enlevé le fer au bout d'une seconde, il collait aussi. Finalement j'ai mis le fer au minimum pour que les étiquettes ne fondent pas, mais je ne suis pas sûre qu'elles tiennent dans le temps. Je ne suis pas contente du tout de ce produit, qui a abîmé les vêtements de ma maman...

J'ai commandé un gourde - sur le site il était indiqué : "en stock" avec une livraison estimée 3-4 jours plus tard. Sans rentrer dans les détails, le paquet à mis 2 semaines avant d'arriver, avec un code de suivi qui indiquait très peu d'informations (et qui ne fonctionne pas correctement - il faut à chaque fois encoder le captcha et le code de commande). Puis il est resté bloqué 1 semaine avec la mention "Douane"...étrange de passer par la douane et de mettre 2 semaines pour arriver pour un objet en stock en France 😉

Så besviken:( Trycket syns väldigt svagt och tyvärr inte jämn trots att jag tryckte sakta och jämt över ytan (beställde egen stämpel). Klistermärkena trodde jag skulle sitta hårt så att de ej åkte av, men även här så lossnade de enkelt och levde inte alls upp till mina förväntningarna. Nej jag räknade med många beställningar framöver och tyckte idén och produkten verkade skitbra men kvaliteten var undermålig för ett premium pris.

The actual quality of the stickers is good, they're really nice. However, perhaps the instructions for the iron ons needs to be more explicit or on the back. I had to search all over the site to find out that the parchment paper should be used. Secondly, I paid an expensive import fee- I ordered on the Malaysian website to a Malaysian address and nowhere does it say I would have to pay import fees. Very disappointed in this.

Fikk moms og toll faktura fra DHL på 350kr da jeg mottok pakken. Står ingenting om det på nettsiden at man kan forvente å måtte betale moms og toll. Det kom på totalt 1000kr for 2 stempel og to ekstra stempel puter.. synes det er litt grovt. Synes også ikke at stempelet er spesielt bra. Noen av bokstavene og tallene blir svakere så kan være vanskelig å tyde. Har ikke vasket enda, så er spent på hvor lenge det holder.

The stickers are lovely and of good quality, but my daughter’s name didn’t appear as ordered. Only her first name was included, despite her full name appearing to fit on the design when I was ordering. Luckily, she is the only girl with her name in her class, but it’s not what was ordered and given the price, I’d expect to get what I asked for (or be told that there was a problem with the amount of characters).

Lors de la commande, j'ai commandé des autocollants avec bord arrondis pour les deux formats que j'ai commandé. Les autocollants sont tous venu avec les angles à 90°. De plus la découpe des autocollants n'est pas très droite. Lors de la commande, le délai de 3 jours étaient notifié. Je les ai reçu plus de 10 jours après.
