Lovely set of shelves!
Arrived really quickly and was packaged securely. The shelves are expensive, but look really good quality and were easy to instal. Only thing that would make it better would be if there were two more screw holes to secure it to the wall, just for peace of mind that it is secure. But I recommend!

The product is very heavy. The screws which were included were not appropriate. I had to order stronger ones. The instruction video was basically useless. It just shows a women taking out a drill and smiling. There is no indication what is actually needed.
I was contemplating returning the shelves so I emailed Tee books and they never replied. Poor customer service.
But the shelves are nice, if over-priced.

Great products but the securing screws were not good enough to support a whole shelf of albums. Should be supplied with longer screws to ensure adequate fixings.

Plasterboard dowels not included!
They sell you a shelve that is supposed to be fit for every wall, and then when it arrives it only has the dowels for hard wall. If you want the dowels for drywall, you have to pay the DHL delivery again.

Our shelves can of course be installed on any type of wall. The hardware supplied with our products consists of "universal" wall plugs and screws. For plasterboard walls, Wurth brand plugs are also available from TEEbooks. You can order these at the same time or buy them separately from a DIY shop.

Our shelves are made from 1.5 mm thick steel to ensure they are strong and stable enough for books and items. "Universal" screws and dowels are provided with the TEEbooks shelves. For specifics walls we always recommend to check the type of the wall before installing them. Our customer service is always available by e-mail or by phone and replies to every questions required.
