Unfortunately, we don’t have direct control over the delivery moments or the driver’s delivery choices once the parcel is with the carrier. What you _can_ usually do is use the carrier’s Track & Trace to adjust delivery preferences (for example: deliver to neighbours, choose a pick-up point, or change the delivery moment/location—if the carrier offers this for your shipment). If your parcel is currently missing because it was left at the door, please reply with your order number (starts with CLS) and the email used for the order, and I’ll check the shipment details with you.
