Several items in my order arrived damaged. I contacted Cookinglife’s customer service to arrange replacement products and the help I received was fantastic. Fast response, replacements were sent out within hours of my first message. Could not be happier with that kind of customer service and I’m also very happy with the items I purchased! 10/10 would for sure shop again.

Hat alles sehr gut geklappt, ausser die Lieferung mit UPS wurde durch diese zwei Mal verschoben, was nicht so gut ist. Aber da kann Cookinglife nichts dafür.

I contacted customer service and they arranged to send a replacement immediately no problem.
