The product what a Police bracelet was arrived in a perfect package in an origin Police box. The bracelet is very nice. The communication with "eóràk" client service is very difficult because they write return to me very late and if I called them, they would not answered.

Perfectly packaged product, looks quality, but only time will show the quality. Regarding power supply, this particular model does not have a D-type battery. It should correctly state 4x AA (1.5V) R6 or rechargeable li-on 1.5V.

I ordered a watch that Hodinky.cz did not have in stock. (I guess they got it from another supplier, mentioned as \"delivery 24h\" in the price). After confirming the order, I received an email about the estimated delivery date.\n\nThe day before the estimated delivery, I called the info line because the order was still \"pending\" and I hadn't received an email about handing it over to the carrier, etc. I was answered by an arrogant man who, after I explained the order situation, told me what more emails I wanted and that it would be better to wait until the expected date. He also asked for the order number, saying he would ask around and let me know. That day I received no further response.\n\nOn the expected delivery day, I wrote to the information chat and explained the situation the same way as to the gentleman the day before. The lady was very accommodating and with a heavy heart informed me that they did not have my watch in stock and asked how I would like to replace the order. I emailed her that I would like to cancel the order and that they should refund my money. Since then, no one has contacted me.\n\nI understand when ordering a watch from another supplier, sometimes things go awry during the process. But I think a customer deserves to be automatically informed in such a situation and not have to beg for information. I would also like to get my money back. Eventually, I bought the watch from a competitor.

The day before the expected delivery, when it was obvious that the order hadn't been sent, I sent another inquiry. Only then did an email arrive with the information that the seller did not have this watch. Of course, apologies, apologies, but we can't help because we have an inventory. Poor.

The watch is fine and I am satisfied with it. Communication with the seller was excellent. However, the package mistakenly arrived at a different pickup point than I specified when ordering, but it was in the same city, so it didn't bother me too much.

High-quality watch, quite heavy, but quickly becomes "friendly" as it fits perfectly on the wrist, giving the feeling that it's not there ;) The dark "tile" green color seems to be a discreet option for men who don't like shiny metal bands, yet the shine of the ceramic links is visible but not glaring. Watch worthy of recommendation. The Fabryka Zegarków shop performed perfectly, I have no objections to the product or the shipping, everything went smoothly, according to expectations; shop rates a 5!
