Their prices and selection are better than anything I can get here in Ireland. Though I prefer not to have customer service interactions, mine was at least a good one. There was an item missing from my first order, but within 24 hours or my complaint I was informed that the missing item was being shipped without additional charges. Alex in customer service was helpful and polite.

I especially liked how smooth and efficient the communication was. The shipping was extremely fast, and the product was very well secured. The package arrived surprisingly quickly delivery to Poland took only 3 business days. Everything was perfect, and I 100% recommend it. There’s really nothing that needs improvement everything was handled excellently.

The web page was easy to use. I could find all the items I was looking for. The delivery, especially as outside UK was quick so very pleased. So far I have used most of the items brought Except the 2K lacquer ….thats a job for the summer. However what I have used has helped improve the finish on my partners 30 year old Celica, so shes happy 😊👍.

This was my first order with CROP. Great experience all round. Excellent customer service. Prompt invoicing, shipping and delivery by UPS. The Ego batteries I ordered were registered on the EGO website and accepted for warranty. All stars fully deserved. Thank you CROP. !

CROP has excellent offer, quick delivery time and very helpful, communicative team. I have problem with delivery due to courier company messing up. I have contacted CROP customer service and they have reacted quickly and efficiently, solving my problem without additional questions. Definitely five stars out of five! I highly recommend this shop!

Quick and efficient distribution of my cans of spray paint, but packaging could have been better. Some of the cans of Montana Gold spray paint, were dinted in transit, box that cans were packaged in,was torn, and could have easily been removed. Overall, too much movement inside packaging,contributed to dented cans of spray paint. Could have been much worse.

The order came faster than the predicted time. It was well packed, everything was as described. The person on WhatsApp was so polite and explained me everything I want to know about the shipping, transport and tracking number. I was very impressed with this order and this is example how should everyone work. Nothing but the best for this store.

I haven’t even received the package yet, but I can already say I don’t recommend this company. The parcel was supposed to be shipped via UPS, but due to its weight, the courier was changed — and that’s where the problems began. I only found out about this change after receiving the tracking number from the company. When I entered it, UPS showed that they hadn’t received the package, even though, according to the company’s policy, it should have been shipped the same day. Only after sending an email did I receive a response explaining the change and that the courier would contact me. I then had to follow up repeatedly for three days just to find out that the package had already been with the courier all along. It seems it had been there from the beginning, yet I was never given a valid tracking number. This is confusing because, as far as I know, a tracking number is assigned as soon as the package is shipped. I placed the order on April 15th and received it on April 21st. To make matters worse, instead of heading directly to my country, the package was routed around Europe and even went to Germany. The company explains this by saying that the package weighs 45 kg and that they were not prepared for complications. In my opinion, if you offer shipping across Europe, you should be prepared for situations like this and inform customers immediately, not only after they start asking questions. Overall, this experience was unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

I can't fault the service Crop provides, unfortunately the issue is with UPS who they use for shipping as their import charges are extortionate, I have been charged over £160 to receive goods that cost £200, the order was split into to packages generating charges of £82 per package. You don't get the shipping charge until the item is in the UK and ready for delivery.

Online listings do not show tax inclusive price and when ordering I ordered via the uk site but once you select Ireland as destination, the price goes up again. So from google ad it appears the price was €26 (Petronas 3000E) but in fact it was €40. It’s misleading to say it’s 26 when it’s actually 40 to my destination.

never had any problems with any products, descriptions are excellent, service and shipping is blazing fast. just wish they had cheaper sandpaper options :')

Bought this to replace my old liquid elements t300 as it gave up after nine years of hard service. The price is good and the service was excellent. Delivery was quick and on time. My only niggle is that it came with the Euro plug and not the UK plug. No mention of this on the website which I find a little frustrating. Other than that everything excellent.

Good store. Wide selection. Great price. I've lowered my rating for delivery. 1. They shipped it two days late, even though they said it would be the next day. 2. UPS took a week to deliver to the UK and charged an extra £55. So, don't recommend buying from the UK.

Great price and service can not fault you . Shipping cost me £56.20 which to me is prohibitively expensive will actively avoid UPS in future . As a say can not fault your price or service but soured by UpS

Inaccurate information about delivery when placing order. No response upon email request. On WhatsApp is only bot shooting the same answers - we will ship today or tomorrow - and that's for nearly two weeks. When after few such requests I've tried to cancel the entire order, got again bot message that orders can be cancelled only at initial stage. So overall I don't recommend this store at all, 2 stars just for the fact that order was eventually delivered, but it's the time that I don't need it anymore.
