Très très bon service après vente. J’ai reçu en cadeau l’horloge des marées et j’ai demandé au service client la possibilité de changer le fond de l’horloge pour l’assortir avec le baromètre et mon intérieur.
Le service a super bien géré ma demande et je suis ravie 🤩.
Mes deux pendules vont super bien ensembles.

I was really excited to receive the Barometer and was sold on the hand crafted ethos and product quality, which you obviously pay a premium for. However, the Barometer arrived with the three of the four pins, that hold the unit in place, fallen off meaning I have to return it. Due to disappointment and not wanting this to happen again, I'm going for a full refund rather than a replacement - which is a real shame

I assure you that your case is an accident! We take care to do quality work. We select the finest materials and hand-assemble our clocks and barometers in our workshop in France. We have taken charge of all return costs for this faulty item. We understand your request for a refund. Your parcel is on the way. We will refund you as soon as we receive your parcel.
