The papers had small dents on the sides upon arrival, I wish the papers would have been packed in a box and then put in a larger box instead of sent in a plastic bag and then shipped in a box. This didn't cause any big problems except if you are a perfectionist. You do need to strengthen the corners of each paper before feeding it into a printer though. You can't expect it to arrive perfectly straight as it's a delicate product. The colors of the paper on the listing does not reflect the IRL color, but I was aware of this prior to purchasing thanks to Amazon reviews which accurately reflected the colors. An improvement would be IRL photos or a comparison photo showing all papers they offer. That way you know which ones are printer paper white, and which are off white, and what cream paper actually looks like. But the papers I bought are perfect in color. The Klarna payment option was limited to certain countries, but you couldn't have known before checking out and choosing that option. I am a Swedish citizen and seeing as Klarna is a Swedish company, I was surprised I could not shop like I normally do with Klarna everywhere else. It should not have been an option if I chose Sweden as my country and it didn't support Swedish bank accounts. In the end, I had to change the payment method but the whole process made me anxious because i didn't know if I was going to be able to finish checkout or not, and I had checked a box saying I would pay. It was also troublesome having to translate all of the checkout pages to english, several ones, so it could definitely have been smoother. I know until next time to choose credit/debit card directly. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Shipping was an okay price for the weigth, it arrived fast and the quality of the papers is good. But there's room for improvement when it comes to the checkout process. I'm also happy there was a bulk discount.

Quicker response to emails asking for information. Improve information on your website about the grain direction of cardboard and greyboard, for instance by saying A4 format: for portrait or landscape. I bought 100 sheets of greyboard that turned out to have the wrong grain direction for my project. By lack of information you disappoint customers. Handling and shipping was okay.
