Easy to order a Cuckoo Clock online from House of 1000 Clocks for US delivery
I'm very pleased with my Rombach & Haas 8-day Cuckoo Clock as well as the exemplary service from House of 1000 Clocks! I ordered online for delivery to the US. I paid through Paypal for a discount. Shipping was not inexpensive & an additional import fee was charged on the US side. The total cost for the clock with shipping/fees was competitive and actually a little less than purchasing the clock from a US dealer. The Clock was securely packaged & double boxed. It arrived a few days after the order was placed. It was my first order with this business & I was needlessly anxious about it. I found NO reviews about ordering a clock through the online shop for US delivery. I was able to communicate with the business by messaging on its FB page. It's a beautiful Clock!! I wouldn't hesitate ordering another clock online from House of 1000 Clocks.

The only thing that kind of irked me a little bit was. They did not tell me. It was only an online purchase and i had a wait for the warehouse to send it. So they could ship it to me, I did not know that.

I I bought a clock from House of 1000 Clocks back in 1991 and recently my house caught fire and determined that it was not salvageable so my insurance company said that they would buy me a new clock. I have a friend who is working on getting the old one working so I can hang it on the wall and it is a survivor and the new one will be by it.

Customer Service doesn't exsist.
Spend 2,000 Euro on a clock only two to three months ago. It has a fault. I have sent messages via their online help centre as well as Emails but not response. When I bought the clock I also had questions and nobody got back to me.
Clock is beautiful, wish it worked properly and I wish Haus of 1000 Uhren would offer some customer service for my Warranty.
