I ordered a Diesel watch, and it came with a box. It arrived. But I also ordered a Valentino handbag for myself, and instead of a Valentina handbag, I received a case for six watches, which I don't actually have at home.
Then I received three bracelets: one made of stone, one of a regular metal color, and a third on a cord in Black. I also received a small silver necklace. I only wear gold. I'm not interested in silver. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive the bag I wanted and received some very strange things.The store also didn't contact me or warn me that the bag was out of stock. They most likely didn't warn me. I waited for this package for hours; it was supposed to be a gift. Oh, and the bag is also, um, um. Unfortunately, I'm very, very disappointed.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my order from 17.08. I paid for international shipping to Latvia, but your team made a major mistake and shipped it via "PostNL Domestic" instead of International. Because of your error, the delivery deadline has passed, and my package is stuck in the Netherlands.
This bag was supposed to be a critical part of my upcoming holiday. I am leaving for my vacation very soon, and because of your mistake, I am now at risk of traveling without my purchase. This situation has completely ruined my plans and my shopping experience with your store!!!!

I was unable to redeem the 30% discount. I sent an email about this, but unfortunately, it could no longer be applied. Instead, I was given a 10% discount voucher. I am not happy about that.
