Great Product, but it would be better if I knew there was going to be a £40 Customs charge to the UK :( I also had to wait a few days for the letter from Parcelforce with the information and number that I needed to pay the customs charge online. I don't know why that info couldn't have been emailled to me straight away? As far as the Product goes, I bought sweat bands on Amazon with zips to put my 'Touchpoints' into, as I find it more comfortable to wear than the straps that come with the Touchpoints. See one of them in the Photo attached.
It’s difficult to evaluate because I haven’t received the products I bought so far.
But I think it would be better to have a warning on the product description saying it will take a month for shipping instead of having Available immediately! And inform the customer the shipping time and ETA before finalizing the buying. Customers have the right to choose if they want to wait or not. So far I can only give you one star.
I ordered my quieton earplugs and i did not received anything, neither the shipment nor an email explaining me the situation.

The products from QuietOn have been sold out. We have placed a order with the manufacturer and the delivery time is approximately 5 weeks, as stated on our website.
