No Item, No Response, Just a lot of time that I can't get back
It's been about a month, and I have not received notification that the order shipped, nor the item. I emailed a request to cancel the order, and have received no response. I now must open a dispute claim with my credit card to get my money back.

We are very sorry that you only received one item instead of two. Unfortunately, we were unable to deliver the second device on time due to delays on the manufacturer’s side, which we cannot directly influence.
