Ordered and paid for CAD software. Received an email with link to download. Link took me to an error page, so I contacted Blitzhandel. They promptly supplied with a new link which worked correctly. It's great that there are real people that can be contacted and that they solve problems. Would give 5 stars if the minor glitch hadn't occurred. Would happily deal with BH in future.

It is actually to early to answer, as I have yet to install the program. I tried to download from Blizhandel24, but it was only possible to download the German version, and when I tried to extract the zip-file, I was asked to copy it first. This makes it look like someone would like to the file to be spread, like a virus. I find that it is always complicated and that it takes a lot of time when Windows is involved. I would have preferred Linux. I tried to extract and install the zip-file on a brand new Window 11 PC, but if it needs to be on line and logged in, on Windows, this might be the problem. I was not online or logged in. I find such constructions gives the big IT companies to much power, and try to avoid it. I will of course log in if it is necessary for installation and registration. The PC I use here is Linux. I find this more controllable and secure online.

My experience with the sales people was excellent. Except for the time delay in which I would be getting to work as they were leaving for the day because I am in Canada, their answers to my questions were quick and to the point. One improvement that could be made would be to speed up the processing time. I am used to buying software and being able to download and install it immediately after paying. With Blitzhandel 24 I had to wait a day.

Après avoir acheté le logiciel « Nuance Dragon », j'ai eu quelques soucis lors de son activation. Après quelques échanges de courriels et avec une excellente réactivité du site, les choses sont rentrées dans l'ordre assez rapidement.

Blitzhandel24.com is a very good place to go if you need the software they sell. They sell genuine software that can be activated at prices you can't find anywhere else. I have not needed support yet, so I can't rate there support if there is any issues. I have not had any issues with the software I purchased here so far. They sell digital software for download, but if you want your software on a storage device, you can order this too at a fair price. They have both Windows and Mac software.

De prijskwaliteit bij Blitzhandel is heel erg goed, verder is de website ook heel gebruiksvriendelijk! Bij de verlenging goed en tijdig een herinnering sturen. Wellicht is dit wel naar mij gestuurd, maar heb ik over het hoofd gezien?

I think the problem I had was due to the process of changing email addresses, which needed an extra VERIFY step, which because my email address had changed didn't work. The main reason for needing to change your main email address is because it's changed! So sending a verify instruction to the old email address is not going to work!! It was many years before I realised Dr.Fone still used my old email address during signing in. My computer system still had much of the original Tunes To Go, statements in my registry file, because it didn't un-install fully when changing over to Dr.Fone. Deleting as much as I could of the old statements and giving time for Dr.Fone to receive my new application yearly payment under my current email address, may have also aided the process for me to get back to normal use of this App.

It is a nice proffesional experience. We used Adobe before, an older variation and we like to work in our engineering projects with suitable tools.

I live in Canada...and Blitzhandel knew that I live in Canada - they charged me in Canadian dollars for the McAfee license renewal code. However, the McAfee renewal license code that they sold me is for McAfee software in Malaysia or Singapore. I used the license...and it seems to have worked. I choose not to download the McAfee software again because I already had the Canada version installed on my laptop.
