This was a much better purchase than i thought. When paying for some Adobe program, it said download on the order. Anyway what was great is that I did not have to wait for delivery. I just download the program from the supplied information, register the program which was all with Adobe. I was up and running in no time. There was nothing to worry about in the end. Great service, trusted purchase. 5 Stars

Blitzhandel24.com offers great genuine software.
I ordered a popular product, so the stock was sold out before I got my license keys, but finally after waiting for a day, I got what I ordered. I like that blitzhandel24.com offer many good software, and that the software is genuine software, not pirated software. I would be nice if you make sure your stockings don't get sold out so the customers don't have to wait so long for the license keys.

Installing F-Secure Total
This was the second time I bougth F-Secure Total on Your on-Line shop. A Year ago I had a problem to find the code and install F-Secure.
In this year I didn’t have that big problem and the extra instruction from year ago helped me in finding code and installing the program.
Installing instructions could be better. Installing didn’t succeed according to procedure described in given instructions.

The purchasing procedure is fine, ensure that after sales support is working fine too.
The purchasing procedure is fine. However, I am experiencing an issue with the software itself. I have tried to install it, but nothing happens during the installation process.
I have been in contact with the developer's after-sales support team and have been waiting for a solution for the past three days. I have contacted several times, receive replies that do not solve the issue and the issue is still in process.
I believe it is important to ensure that customers receive the same level of after-sales support regardless of whether the software is purchased directly from the developer or through an authorized reseller.

I am so very thankful I found and purchased from Blitzhandel 24. The service was extremely prompt, I got exactly what I needed and I knew my payment was secure. My computer is quite old and I needed a product key for Windows 8.1 Enterprise. First I purchased from another company and I spent over a week sending emails asking about my order - they then cancelled my order and I was back to square one. I can't speak highly enough of Blitzhandel 24. If you are not technically minded it is important to have a good company like them doing the right thing and making it easier.

Blitzhandel24.com offers genuine software at a low price
I am very satisfied with shoppingat blitzhandel24.com. They sell genuine software from many manufactures at a low price. Whenever I need software, I allways check if blitzhandel24.com have it in there store. They never sell pirated software, and that is very good.

Easy to buy and at low prices
I like that it is so easy to buy all kinds of software from Blitzhandel24.com at a low price, and that they don't sell pirated software. They only sell genuine licenses. If there is something they could do better, I think it would be to offer software from even more companies.

Ordered and received CAD software
Ordered and paid for CAD software. Received an email with link to download.
Link took me to an error page, so I contacted Blitzhandel.
They promptly supplied with a new link which worked correctly.
It's great that there are real people that can be contacted and that they solve problems.
Would give 5 stars if the minor glitch hadn't occurred.
Would happily deal with BH in future.

Unpleasant surprise
However, I am somewhat unpleasantly surprised by the amount of time that passes between the moment I make the payment and the moment I receive the license and the installation software.

Transparent, fast, and professional.
The price for this completely overpriced Microsoft product (+43,5 % Price increase over 5 Years) is still relatively cheap here. The process itself was transparent, fast, and professional.

A bit complicated
It is actually to early to answer, as I have yet to install the program. I tried to download from Blizhandel24, but it was only possible to download the German version, and when I tried to extract the zip-file, I was asked to copy it first. This makes it look like someone would like to the file to be spread, like a virus. I find that it is always complicated and that it takes a lot of time when Windows is involved. I would have preferred Linux. I tried to extract and install the zip-file on a brand new Window 11 PC, but if it needs to be on line and logged in, on Windows, this might be the problem. I was not online or logged in. I find such constructions gives the big IT companies to much power, and try to avoid it. I will of course log in if it is necessary for installation and registration. The PC I use here is Linux. I find this more controllable and secure online.

I am very happy with the purchase and the way the installation eventually worked out. Only problem I am experiencing with AVG ultimate is with the VPN which for some reason connects then disconnects making it unusable at this point

Price of the product was better than straight from F-Secure themselves. Code worked on the first try, but your delivery time 5-20min wasn't kept, but that's a small minus. Important is that I saved about 20 euros buying it from you.

correct invoice
Easy to understand, the bank confirmed that the company's data was correct, a plus for the company, that they can receive a correct invoice and can pay with a bank transaction, without using PayPal or a company card.

Good buying possible with safe software activation. Licence is locked to the copy downloaded. You need the right licence and right copy to get it complete and functioning.

My experience with the sales people was excellent. Except for the time delay in which I would be getting to work as they were leaving for the day because I am in Canada, their answers to my questions were quick and to the point. One improvement that could be made would be to speed up the processing time. I am used to buying software and being able to download and install it immediately after paying. With Blitzhandel 24 I had to wait a day.
