My Experience This was my first time buying from this site, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The website was easy enough to navigate, and ordering a custom-built PC was straightforward. My PC took around 5 days to be built. It could have been completed a little sooner, but I had originally selected the wrong PSU for my build. Their customer support contacted me about the issue and upgraded me to a better PSU that was suitable for my system. I really appreciated that they caught the problem before building the PC rather than simply going ahead with the original selection. Their customer support was also fast and very helpful throughout the process. From placing the order to receiving the PC took around 15 days in total, including the build time. Considering I chose standard shipping from the Netherlands to Ireland, I was happy with the delivery time. The PC arrived very well packaged and secure, with no damage to the box or the components. The One Issue The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an issue with how the fans were connected. The fan connector was plugged into the AIO header on the motherboard instead of the fan controller. Normally, this wouldn't be a huge issue, but the motherboard manual specifically states that the connector shouldn't be plugged into that header because it can cause the fans to draw more power than intended, potentially causing issues. Thankfully, this was the only real problem I had with the build, and it was an easy enough thing to correct. Overall Overall, I think they are a very good company with competitive pricing. In my experience, they are one of the better options available for getting a custom-built PC in Ireland. One thing I was particularly impressed by was that they had overclocked both my CPU and GPU without me even asking them to, which was a nice bonus. Despite the small issue with the fan connection, I'm very happy with the PC and the service I received. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone in Ireland looking for a custom-built PC. I ordered a laptop and other things, they all arrived in perfect condition on the right time,I was hesitated to order something expensive like a gaming laptop from a website that doesn’t have much reviews but thankfully It arrived, and Im writing this comment just for people to see and give them confidence to trust Paradigit.

Very satisfied with my new PC Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase from Paradigit. The computer meets my expectations, works perfectly and contains all the components I selected when placing the order. Paradigit offers a wide range of parts, making it possible to build PCs in many different configurations and for different budgets. Their prices are also very competitive compared with other PC builders. The only point to keep in mind is delivery time. It may take longer than the advertised 4–5 working days, so I would recommend allowing some additional time when ordering. Despite the longer delivery, I am very happy with the computer and would recommend Paradigit.

I feel in general everything was great, pc running fine, it came well protected and it was a fast delivery. Just one thing I would add it would be a note explaining that the cables and things received are the spare parts (because initially I was confused why I had those). I can imagine that other people could be confused by that as well. Maybe also a note saying about the "first steps" like installing or updating drivers, antivirus,etc.. But I'm super happy with everything . Thank you.

Very quick delivery time as always, and attractive prices. The payment process was challenging. My device and/or Paradigit account got locked by the payment portal, for no good reason that I could discern. It was frustrating that there was no explicit message telling me this, simply a refusal to complete payment. I had to resort to doing the purchase via a browser on my mobile phone, as a non-account purchaser. The fact that I was making [payment via PayPal, which is itself very secure, made this all seem even more bizarre.

The product was in stock when no other "mainstream" websites had it. The price was better than what was listed on the "Out of stock" shops. Order place on Tuesday morning and the delivery was completed on Saturday morning ( nice surprise there ). Will definitely use Paradigit again if I can find an item at a better price and I don't need it delivered urgently. Keep up the good work!

This is a really great case and well thought out by the designer. With multiple adjustments it is highly adaptable. Fans run surprisingly quiet too. It even includes a GPU support bracket. The front panel can be moved from the top to the bottom with minimal effort. Installing and wiring my components was easy and quick and it looks great

Order arrived in relatively good time. The packaging itself in terms of protection was inadequate given the sensitive nature and expenses of computer components. Just a normal cardboard box and very thin brown paper. The package arrived with a massive hole in the side where it look like it fell against a sharp corner, and it also penetrated the packaging of a motherboard that was apart of the order bending one of ARGB headers on the board in the process. I do not care for RGB and the board still works so not bothering to return it. But it gives me doubt ordering in future. Bubble wrap should be used to protect sensitive electronics! Not paper!

I want to thank you for a very fast delivery, and the product is top notch there was no issues with it the monitor works like a dream. I have put on a review on your website about the monitor. In the future I will order a AM5 platform for my pc. Thank you.

Good ordering experience - and price - it was not clear from the product description that the keyboard layout seems to be USA QWERTY rather then British QWERTY - the @ symbol on the number 2 key for example - I am not used this when ordering from an Irish or European website

Ordered an LG 4K monitor and a desk mount from Paradigit.ie. The ordering process was seamless, and the delivery was fast. Both items arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged, and work great together. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely buy from them again!

Great selection of parts, ordered items to build a pc at home and was delighted with the service and the pc turned out great 😁 Prices are much higher than 2 years ago so hopefully it doesn't remain that way when the AI buzz calms down.

Good value, well put together pre-build rigs, great website which made the shopping experience a pleasure. Unfortunate drawback is fulfillment/shipping. I am still awaiting the monitor from my order. It has been 5 working days, however I believe my package is stuck in customs.

First purchase on this site, I liked it, and I recommend it to everyone. The delivery was a little slow, considering it's from Ireland, but the product came from abroad, it seems to be from the Netherlands.

What I ordered was delivered. There were no problems with the shipment, the box was packed very well, and the courier could change it to a pickup point, which is very important to me because I'm usually not home when the courier arrives.
