Order arrived in relatively good time. The packaging itself in terms of protection was inadequate given the sensitive nature and expenses of computer components. Just a normal cardboard box and very thin brown paper. The package arrived with a massive hole in the side where it look like it fell against a sharp corner, and it also penetrated the packaging of a motherboard that was apart of the order bending one of ARGB headers on the board in the process. I do not care for RGB and the board still works so not bothering to return it. But it gives me doubt ordering in future. Bubble wrap should be used to protect sensitive electronics! Not paper!

Products arrived nicely and safely packed, originally wrapped. One of two products wasn't compatible with my system and I could return it without any problems also there was a note added about limitations of the product on the website for other buyers.

I’ve ordered from this website twice now and both experiences have been very positive. My first order was for a motherboard and processor, and everything arrived as expected with no issues. The second time, I ordered an OLED monitor. I placed the order on a Monday and it arrived by Thursday, which I think is excellent considering the company is based in the Netherlands and I live in Ireland. Delivery was fast, packaging was solid, and all items arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely order from them again.

Bought a monitor from paradigit which was at least 10% cheaper than anywhere else for the same monitor. Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and it was here by Tuesday morning. Exactly what I ordered and all working perfectly. Will use Paradigit from now on.

The incredible deals here are what helped me get into PC gaming. In particular, the free first-time manufacturing that comes with an XXL mouse-pad and Norton 360 subscription I believe is a great example of this. I also appreciate the customer support given.

Ordered a 9070XT 4th of may got it on the 9th consistent tracking and good customer support with no stress wasnt worried once about my package and it was 700 euro. If you need any PC parts in ireland paradigit are my go to and ive built 4 pcs so far in the last 5 years

Ordered a new GPU from Paradigit for a seemingly non-scalped GPU Price and had 0 issues with any tracking or delivery process. Would highly recommend for anyone ever building/working with Desktop computers to use this website.

I ordered custom build pc, it came withing 10 working days, so not long wait. It came packed very well, they use packaging inside the case to make sure there is no damage to transport. I plug everything and pc working very well so far. I would recommend paradigit.

Got a legion go s from them recently. Was kinda shocked that the price was similar on all the usual sites, but I bought a Oled 32 inch off this site before and it's the best thing I've bought. Arrived perfectly packaged, and has been the perfect gaming screen ever since

My Main gripe is your communication regarding the tracking and delivery of my parcel. I was given a link to an DHL website and was informed that the parcel was in the international hub. This did not change for 6 days (The estimate for delivery was 3 to 5 days) then on the 8th day I received my parcel by my regular an Post postal service. I was not informed of this or had any communication explaining which courier was to deliver my parcel and when. It was lucky that I happened to be at home when the parcel arrived so could receive it. Please sharpen up your communication regarding times and method of delivery of parcels and let people know whats happening.

Ordered a custom built computer at the end of November 2025. Took the option to have it built by Paradigit to avoid any warranty issues. The good: good value, arrived as per spec, all working fine, properly build, well packed and delivered timely. The bad: As other reviewers reported, customer support is very shaky, slow to answer emails and hard to reach by phone. I made sure that all items were in stock to avoid delays. However once paid, some of the items were not actually in stock. Impossible to contact them to change the order with items that were supposedly in stock. Took 16 days after placing the order to have it shipped. Overall I am satisfied with Paradigit, I would buy again from them, some work on their side on proper customer support would definetly make them worth 5 star.

Great experience. Easy to search for my requirement - a replacement 1 TB Drive to fit to a Dell chassis. Ordering and payment was a cinch with transparent Invoicing for my Accounts department following quickly afterwards. I was kept in the loop in terms of dispatch and delivery. Fitted the Drive on Thursday and everything worked perfectly. Many thanks for a professional service!

Pleased with the products you supply, but please please plear try the stock some UK 3 pin power cords instead of deliveruiong product into UK and Ireland with European 2 pin power cords and an ugly adaptor unit.

I like price and quick contact, but delivery time is very long compared to price for delivery. Also there should be more information at about delivery time and proper update, because I didn't have any updates almost week afte sending.
