Excellent customer service It is rare nowadays to find a company dedicated in caring for their clients Many only wish to cash in and never touch base to check if their services are satisfying It is a great investment to hire many employees to care for clients It helps some to get a job and it helps others to get a great service So that it deserves to be congratulated!

« Nuance Dragon»,…
Après avoir acheté le logiciel « Nuance Dragon », j'ai eu quelques soucis lors de son activation. Après quelques échanges de courriels et avec une excellente réactivité du site, les choses sont rentrées dans l'ordre assez rapidement.

The fmcert-file was never generated. I don’t know where in the installation sequence it went wrong. I sent an email to the Claris customer support and explained the situation, and they solved the issue.

Blitzhandel24.com is a very good place to buy software
Blitzhandel24.com is a very good place to go if you need the software they sell. They sell genuine software that can be activated at prices you can't find anywhere else. I have not needed support yet, so I can't rate there support if there is any issues. I have not had any issues with the software I purchased here so far. They sell digital software for download, but if you want your software on a storage device, you can order this too at a fair price. They have both Windows and Mac software.

I think the problem I had was due to the process of changing email addresses, which needed an extra VERIFY step, which because my email address had changed didn't work.
The main reason for needing to change your main email address is because it's changed! So sending a verify instruction to the old email address is not going to work!! It was many years before I realised Dr.Fone still used my old email address during signing in.
My computer system still had much of the original Tunes To Go, statements in my registry file, because it didn't un-install fully when changing over to Dr.Fone. Deleting as much as I could of the old statements and giving time for Dr.Fone to receive my new application yearly payment under my current email address, may have also aided the process for me to get back to normal use of this App.

Abnormal Order Solved
After confirming that this order was inexplicably placed without our participation or intervention, wrongly suggesting alleged fraud, I now correct this by stating that, after dialogue with Blitzhandel24, everything was clarified and resolved with the utmost cordiality, seriousness, and professionalism, leading to a resolution and normalization within a few days. Maximum praise, as I already mentioned, for the work and professionalism of the Blitzhandel24 team in clarifying this situation, giving us maximum confidence for future purchases from them. Thank you for the work done.
