Review summary
Customers frequently praise the fast and reliable delivery, the high quality of most products, and the helpful, responsive customer service. The diverse and specialized product range, especially for teaching, is highly appreciated, as are the unique items available. Many find both the products and the website to be practical, clear, and user-friendly. Secure and well-packed shipments, along with easy and efficient returns and replacements, also contribute to overall satisfaction. Some customers have experienced occasional delivery delays or issues with shipping partners, and a few have noted problems with specific items or their durability. There are also isolated reports of delayed customer service responses. While packaging is generally positive, some customers mention damaged goods, excessive waste, or insufficient protection. Minor suggestions for improving website usability have also been raised.

Very good!
Dear ladies and gentlemen,\nwhen I was still in active service, I often ordered something from you along with other teachers from our school. I find it particularly good that even non-teachers and people who are not active in the education sector can order from you. I have always passed along the catalogs that were regularly sent to me, and people have greatly appreciated them.

Good service, boxes are okay - refers to previous experiences with similar boxes made of this material
I am satisfied with the TimeTex service and boxes. The box itself is completely fine, the cards and small parts fit in as desired. The only thing that personally bothers me is that the type of plastic playing card boxes tear faster and corners get damaged. As I said, it's just my personal experience and opinion with similar boxes, especially when they go through children's hands. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the boxes and TimeTex, quick processing and fast delivery - keep it up.

Have ordered many products since summer for the school. Very good service, very satisfying. Very good and practical products, good explanations with pictures. I find it great. Good price ratio. Discounts for schools would be desirable.\nHowever, the sale offers are great. I am very satisfied. I happily make use of your services.

Natura series for school a good thing
I like the new Natura materials for teachers (notebook and calendar and also the document trays) and have already repurchased.
What I miss, as they quickly become "crumpled" and also warp due to the elastic, are protective covers for them. Unfortunately, there is only one for ring bindings, it would be great if there was something comparable for the normal binding as well. Otherwise, everything is good!

Quite a Mess...
The first delivery did not arrive. The email briefly stated that I should inquire at the next DPD shop to see if your delivery for me had arrived. Fortunately, there was a hotline, but they knew nothing about a delivery. A phone inquiry with TimeTex revealed that the delivery had not yet been shipped, and this was after more than a week. Then the delivery came quite soon. Then the surprise - shortly thereafter I received the delivery again, of course, I don't need it. I also wrote to customer service and asked for feedback on what I should do with the package now. I have been waiting for the response for almost a week.
I don't know what's going on either, ordering and shipping used to be smoother, but since last year something's been wrong.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry that there have been inconveniences and delays in connection with your order.
Your original order was already handed over to the shipping service provider within two days. After there was no further update on shipping status for an extended period, we of course arranged a replacement delivery for you.
We also regret the delayed response to your inquiry. The person handling the mailbox was out of the office. In the meantime, your request has been processed and a return slip has been provided.
We apologize for the circumstances and hope that we were able to resolve your concern satisfactorily.

The ordered backpack is great. I had one of the previous models for about 15 years. Quality is top-notch.
Delivery service DPD is not recommended in my region. It is claimed that no one was found, but DPD did not come at all, and the goods can be picked up 3 days later at the pick-up shop.

I have been ordering the school planner for many years and have been very satisfied. However, this time I also ordered a chalk holder for square chalks, which initially I thought was missing something. I had to think about how this small plastic piece (which looks like it’s worth ten cents) should work and whether it would last more than a day. I tested it with a piece of chalk, and it doesn’t hold the chalk at all, i.e., it immediately slips back into the holder. Since the postage is more expensive than the chalk holder, I obviously won’t return it, but I am very dissatisfied with it. Unfortunately, I can only throw it away! Hence, there are only 3 stars.

Very good customer service
It was a small order, and due to unsuitable packaging, there was some damage to the item. After I provided feedback about it, it was resolved and corrected faster than I could see and expected. I received a replacement immediately. Very professional and customer-friendly. Thank you very much!

Reliable online shop with an interesting assortment
Very interesting assortment, prices are reasonable. Some items are only available here. The cardboard drawers, for example, I've found nowhere else.
Delivery and order processing were smooth. Ordered for the second time - will definitely order again.

Physically and optimistically tangible number 10 and its decomposition
For action-oriented recognition and decomposition of tens (both the decomposition of the number 10 into its "loving numbers" and tens into further ones).\nThe children can physically grasp the decomposition and structuring.

You know what you're getting! 👍
As always, the quality and content of the product match exactly with the description on the website. These are well-thought-out articles - such as the teacher planner * clip-on pocket here, which also holds well.
Furthermore, you get a lovingly packed parcel - doubly nice! :-)

The animals were not well packed. Upon arrival and opening the package, the lid that was meant to cover and protect the animals was off and on the other side of the package. (no idea how long it was like that.) at least long enough for one of the animals to manage to hang onto the packing material and, in the end, land on our floor. Fortunately, we discovered it in time and placed the animal with the others. The packaging in which the animals were located was torn and damaged, so we had to repair it first. At the moment, it seems that all the animals have survived. However, we are not sure.

Everything is just fine. I have been ordering for years. Once something was forgotten in a delivery, and I received the missing goods immediately with a small gift and an apology after a short email. The quality is good, the service too.

I have been ordering the teacher calendar for years. Last year, unfortunately, I ordered the ring binder version, which was already falling apart by mid-year! A total flop, glued multiple times....
The bound edition will last the school year again! ;)
Best regards,

I would like to thank Mr. Zielinski for the pleasant phone conversation, his understanding, and his helpfulness. Unfortunately, there were also problems with the delivery by DPD this year. Your customer service is very good, your delivery partner receives a grade of 6.

well and quickly delivered
I order the TimeTEX system planner every year and am always very satisfied. The planner is thoughtfully designed, clear, and fits perfectly with my requirements in the school environment. For me, it is the best choice, so I will continue to order it in the future. Clear recommendation!

Fast delivery, but...
The planner itself is very practical and well designed. Unfortunately, the product suffers due to the purchasable plastic covers. The perforation is sometimes poor, the cover snaps off regularly and throughout the year it warps. When the cover was still an integral part of the planner, the product was more stable. Without the plastic cover, the planner is already very worn by mid-year.
