After selecting the product you want, in my case the Nitro PDF pro 14, the following alert appears “Adjust the pricing tier and add the desired number of users to your cart. The displayed price is the unit price per user.”. This alert is not consistent with the options present in the “Platform User(s)”: 1 - 4 User (s) - x price; 5 - 19 User (s) - y price; 20 - 49 User (s) - z price. I did not notice the alert and bought the license’s option 1 - 4 user(s), thinking I was buying a license valid for four (4) users, when in reality it is only valid for one user! I do not understand why these three options exist, apart from the fact they could mislead the customers! Manuel

I purchased a product that I had used before - unaware that the entire product had changed and the functions it did beforehand did not appear to be included in the newer version. when I complained - I was told that the function was no longer on offer however this other programme would do what I required - I purchased it - it did not do what I required - so now I have two completely useless programmes for the feature I wanted

I never got my product. Upon trying to activate it I got the message that the activation number had been used already. Upon contacting Blitzhandel24 to ask for a refund...they refused to return my money. So I lost my money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The program received is not fully working version. Such a bad experience never again. Do not beleive this ventor.

Fair prices, but lack of communication is a big downside. I ordered an Adobe plan which only needed to be a renewal of my existing Adobe plan - quite a straightforward process. Instead, a whole new account was created automatically, without contacting me beforehand, causing issues which I'm still trying to resolve with the (painfully slow) customer support. It's been 2 weeks after the order was made, issue is still not resolved, and I'm still waiting. I'll update the rating if this ever gets resolved, but right now I can't provide a higher rating due to the quality of service I've received.

They send me to the kaspersky support with out any other alternative , I aked to refund on my Bill and never response , bad support , bad client attention , never gave me other opciones even if the licence said that there was no problems with the zone , the licence said issues with the zone, you cant activate this licence for your zone.

Answer the previous identical questions and do something about them. I have an expensive program that the sellers now tell me it will NOT work on my new Windows 11 Laptop. I want either a program that will work on Windows 11 or my money refunded.

Ordering software with non working activation key took me several emails for support to finally get a working key. Customer service could be better but the product was cheap!
