I purchased Wondershare Recoverit for Windows 11 but was unable to install it. I wrote to the company and they provided detailed installation instructions .I carefully followed the instructions and was able to install the program and recover all the files that I had permanently deleted in Windows 11.
The customer support was excellent however I would prefer to install the program from the confirmation e-mail without having to contact cudtomer support staff.

Na mojom PC som mal nainštalovaný Avast security free verziu. Neustále ma otravovoalo vyskakovacie okienko o nájdení škodlivého software. Objednal som si teda "Avast premium security" s tým, že tieto "škodliviny" mi to odstráni a budem mať konečne pokoj. Mýlil som sa však a som sklamaný. Zbytočne vyhodené peniaze, otravné okienka vyskakujú aj naďalej. Myslel som, že po oskenovaní PC a nájdení chýb mi ich Avast sec. prémium aj odstráni. Áno odstráni, ale keď "vyhodím" peniaze za ďalšie predplatné. Takže, to čo mi poskytuje tento zakúpený sofware hoci sa nazýva honosne "PREMIUM" mi urobí takú istú službu ako iné free verzie.

I never got my product. Upon trying to activate it I got the message that the activation number had been used already. Upon contacting Blitzhandel24 to ask for a refund...they refused to return my money. So I lost my money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Misleading advertising
After selecting the product you want, in my case the Nitro PDF pro 14, the following alert appears “Adjust the pricing tier and add the desired number of users to your cart. The displayed price is the unit price per user.”.
This alert is not consistent with the options present in the “Platform User(s)”:
1 - 4 User (s) - x price;
5 - 19 User (s) - y price;
20 - 49 User (s) - z price.
I did not notice the alert and bought the license’s option 1 - 4 user(s), thinking I was buying a license valid for four (4) users, when in reality it is only valid for one user!
I do not understand why these three options exist, apart from the fact they could mislead the customers!
